Absolutely, things made by Jesmonite are indeed much smoother than cement. If the material can reduce the cost, it is indeed a good choice.

Hi Viktoria. Jesmonite is a acrylic composite. Its also called hydro flow or aqua resin i think. 😀. They are done after 20-45 minutes and yes cold when ready to take out

Hey! Absolutely stunning, I love your design, just wondering where you buy your moulds from? I’m starting my own small business (without trying to use other peoples designs) and looking on where I can buy cheap or cheaper moulds that are good quality

Molds are like the hardest thing to buy without copying what everyone else is doing. I buy mine on Aliexpress and Etsy, but its hard as a lot of new EU taxes are added from China, so I focus on items from within EU. Hope you find some good ones

I am new to jesmonite. I’m in the US so currently I’m using Aqua-Resin. I love love love your videos! I have so many questions. How do you know how much mix to make? I’ve tried the adding water to the mold calculation and I never seem to get enough. Do you prep your molds before using them? When adding pigment, I understand that 2% of the total is the max amount. So when adding pigment is it better to add into the liquid & if so how will I know I’m getting close to the 2%? Thank you!

You can go to Jesmonite.com and see where there is a reseller in your area :-) Molds are from both Ali express, Etsy and Ebay, they are everywhere, just search for silicone molds for resin/jesmonite/concrete. You can use acrylic colors and it depends on the mold and type of item if you need to sand the items :-)

I use mostly Ali express. It actually has a photo feature, so just take a photo of the molds you like from within Ali express, and it will find anything in the app that matches the design, mostly it finds exactly the molds for it, super easy 😃 I will make a video on how to soon

@daimca Hi there.. the lilac/purple is a mix of jesmonite pigment, think it is red and blue mixed together. I think I just got a bit lucky to be honest.. :-)
