Since there has been a lot of balance changes regarding bombs I thought it time to give Berlin Command another good go! Bringing both the Nighthawks and Mirage 4s I really wanted to make a spectacle of it.

Just fyi the nighthawk kept missing because you evac-ed before it’s bomb struck. As soon as you evac any plane with LGBs it stops guiding the bomb and just lets it fall. Took me forever to figure out why they kept missing when I kept doing that exact same thing
Wtfff, probably that's why my Wargame bombing run is ugly! So it's really realistic, because they try to lock in to the target with a laser guide.

It looks great but idk man the units look like the move way to fast ! Although i feel they’ve nailed the combat system though ! Much better looking and sounding in comparison to wg - red dragon . Also the arty splashes ,cluster munitions and bomb hits look so godayummm good !
This is absolutely what the Nighthawk would be doing IRL. SEAD, Strategic Interdiction of Supplies, and Keypoint Deep Penetration Bombing were all its go-to missions. Taking out artillery, especially long-range artillery like tactical ballistic missile launchers, long range strategic artillery, and so on, would be great targets for the Nighthawk.
This was a fun game to be a part of, and a brutal one once you started pushing my sector from the flank! Still one of my better showings, GG to you and VSR.
I can't believe that Chieftain that ran out of fuel managed to survive the game. One of the crew members must've had a particularly determined guardian angel.

You are right, when planes evac any guided munition will veer off because it thinks it has lost LOS on the target. Avoid it by queing orders for a fly route back to safety and then to evac.
Lol that poor Jaeger squad, were probably thanking the heavens that some mighty air support was coming in to save their bacon, just for them to get glassed like their opponent all the same.
Those mirage IV runs might as well have been a friggin' b-52!
As crazy as those Foxes were gunning down T62s there was actually a documented incident of an Iraqi T-62 being knocked out by a Warrior IFV in the Gulf Wars
Same cannon, as the Foxes, the RADEN. Certainly isn’t the best 30mm but its powerful thats for sure
That was good fun! The Mirage IVs sure look amazing but I wonder how useful they really are with their insane reload time.
As the person who took the bombs, probably not. Not only do you have the long reload time but as a line bomber you have to typically fly them from the sides to maximize the damage they deal, leading to longer exposure to AA/Fighters, and their high cost means they have to do a lot of damage over the game to get their points back.
11:24, I think I can hear the Saperi cry and yel in agony while the HE bombing hits them. That was soul-breaking, I would hate to be the one evacuating the wounded if there are any.

You should upload a few rounds where u loose man. You're so good i am sure there's a lot to learn from a loss game. Personally i struggle a lot recovering from a bad position.
Complete combined arm domination. Definitely a hard division to play against the bomber are just killers.

Great gameplay... I've been playing 10v and just get wrecked by artillery.
FYI, laser guided bombs will fail to hit if the plane is given any order before they hit!
i hate it so much how beautiful this game looks and how brownish greyish muddy Steel Division 2 looks. And yes i am aware that this is 2,5 years younger but for such short time the difference is extreme.

First time i met a Stealthbomber. Everything is exploding and i thought he was cheating because i dont see anything. I didnt know that i need a Radar to spot these things 😂 OMG i am so confused about this. I lose bit i shot one of them down 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Arty ruins the game
