13:10 Thanks for using a very good battery charger. I have the same batteries and am using a very old smart charger that only gives a light indicator. When I poll'd at 1.4 V charge for 100%, I was skeptic at first because I'm typically used to seeing disposable batteries at 1.6 V.
@maxmarrero9635 that’s true, with the charger I am using you can control most of the things to optimize your charges. I do know that some batteries require higher voltages such as 85600 and more . The charger’s chip detects for me the accurate voltage and I modify the amperage
@max marrero I will like to make a video, but due to recession is a little bit difficult to purchase them right now but, when I’ll have the money I will get them and make the review for you. I did see lots of negative feedback on the Amazon platform about them but I do not think that’s the case, such as getting oxidate fast etc.
I could't sit through the whole video, the background music is too high and your audio is too low and all of the sound is only coming out of the left speaker.
I am sorry to hear that, that was my very first video as mentioned in the description :) I know I have a lot more to improve, but thank you for your feedback
It probably is, but for me having control on the way I recharge the batteries and how many batteries I can recharge at the same time matters a lot. Unfortunately, with the Amazon basic charger, I can only recharge 4 batteries at a time and I can’t view the battery current state etc. Even so, I do think it will be a good enough battery charger for those who do not have one and can wait to recharge the batteries a little longer. Thank you for your comment thou.
Been more than a year now and the bateries are perfect shape, have them in my kids toys remote controls wireless mouse keyboards and if I recharge them evey 6 months or more :)
@@percy9228 from what I see both of them have same functions but the one you sent it is not available in my time zone for purchase. I cannot recommend something I did not test on my own. I like the built materials of the Mi-boxer and I were to choose another one I will still choose this one, but you can get that one and it should be working and do the exact same thing. The usb-c is a nice advantage but be careful not to place the batteries with the wrong polarities.
I am actually reselling the batteries and the charger here in Colombia where I live right now to help the planet and teach people how to become green. So far no one has came to me to complain about the batteries or the charger itself, but as I said I don’t know if the device is available in UK to start with, so any other will do just fine. I have used the battery charger repair slot 8 to revive some old lithium ion cells from a dead laptop battery and it did work.
@@mihaitechtips6998 I received the XTAR, so far it seems okay. I'm only using charging feature right now. One thing I highly perfer the XTAR (and glad I went with it) is that it displays the stats for each battery (8 slot) at the top at the same time. I've now realised the Mi-Boxer only can show stats of one battery at a time. That is a BIG difference and a short coming of Mi-Boxer.
Nobody is perfect, this was my very first video that I have done, edited and uploaded on UA-cam , but I do appreciate the feedback! I will make a correction on the video
@@mihaitechtips6998 don’t bother editing the video again, it’s not like many ppl noticed, leave it as it is … it’s good for laughs 👍😂 P.S. keep up the good work 👍

Be ware that those Amazon Basics rechargeable batteries are NOT good for flash photography, specially for triggers. Do not waste your money on these batteries for triggers or flash. They go bad really fast specially if you don't use them much.
That might be true Adriana as even on the website is mentioned that these batteries are for low discharge devices. The flashes of cameras or triggers use a higher voltage than these batteries provide and these devices are not considered low discharge devices. Amazon does have other batteries that are dedicated for your necessity but these are not those one :) you can check their batteries models on Amazon to see what I mean.
I didn't learn anything except how to open a box. Dude buy AA single-cell flashlight put the battery in it and see how long it burns compared to others. Why do I have to keep telling you people to keep it simple you have proved nothing
@@Dedalo8 the ones you have seen in the video I have been using them in robotics school projects and to be honest they have been of a great quality, I tried powerowl that are cheaper and I had a lot of issues with those.. For me it has been a great product so far, I will want to see how many years they last. :)

Useful and interesting. Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!

Nickel-metal hydride not Magnesium, Magnesium would be a bomb!
Thank you for the feedback! really appreciate any feedback
Thanks bro, I go test that.
The Amazon battery charger is very good too .

hey great review. I'm thinking of purchasing, how have the batteries held up? thanks

Amazon sells batteries made in china not made in japan, shame
it's not surprising as most of the things that you can buy internationally are made in China :)
