I ordered my 2021 650xt in the same color at the end of Febuary. I had a 450L, 570L and now this. Mine should be in this week realy stoked to take it apart the first day of ownership. I plan on putting 4 light bars on the front and some other minor changes. Everyone has bought new Sportsman 850s and 1,000s because of there 47.6" width. The Can-am Outlanders from 2019 and on are 48" wide.
How come? I want a canam so bad though probably a 570 for my 1st one if possible either brand new or used! But if I see a 450 then I might consider it though!
“WARNING”, that storage area “IS NOT” Waterproof. I have a 21MAX (2seater ) XT. Same bike! Rode through some deep mud and that storage area was full of muddy water. They are VERY NICE and Smooth!

Just got mine xt 650 in boreal green looks and performs spectacular coming off of a couple brutes older both were 06/05 models this thing is a world of difference surprised at how similar torque and hp feels too the older brute forces tho they really did hold up as machines but now I’m in the can am fam and I hope to be a lifer
Nice machine. Congrats. Does the CVT “whine” seem as loud in person as what the audio is picking up? I would be doing a lot of low speed work around the house including snow plowing. Don’t know if the whine would drive me crazy. I know this is normal for Can Ams. Trying to decide between a Can Am or a Honda Rubicon with the DCT with gears. I’m coming from a Honda foot shift. Thanks.
Well the whine doesn't seem to bother me but I suppose it may some people. As for Honda or the Can Am you can't go wrong I have always loved my Honda as well.

How do you know its not waterproof? Maybe you got the wrong side of the atv thats not waterproof?
I just bought the same machine. Looks like you got the Can Am winch instead of the Warn.
Yes I did. I would have gone with the Warn but the dealer already had the Can-Am one on. I have used it and it works great though!

Not that I am aware of! I mean it has a pretty good size radiator and the fan turns on when I stop.

Does this have the new throttle control or is that only on the 850 and up?
I am not actually sure, I know that they started putting it on the 1000 in 2019.

Unfortunately it does not. I definitely wouldn't mind getting some!

This one I have only gotten it up to 78mph so far. But I'm thinking it will go faster. Maybe I'll do a video on that sometime.
78mph is 10mph more than average 650XT can do .
