Hi Frank! I'm finally visiting Tokyo again after 3 years! Do you have any recommendations for Tonkotsu ramen in Tokyo? I love Muteppou, Tanaka Shoten, Mutekiya and Ramen Kokugikan. Was wondering if there were others worth trying. Thanks!
Hey hey - I'm sure you're more than excited to be coming back! It sounds like you've already visited a lot of the great tonkotsu ramen spots in Tokyo too. I'm personally more of a lighter tonkotsu ramen guy (like a Hakata style) but Kanaya and Umaiyo are great if you're craving a heavier bowls like at Muteppou or Mutekiya: www.5amramen.com/post/ramen-kanaya-tonkotsu-ramen www.5amramen.com/post/umaiyo-yuchan-tonkotsu-ramen

Santouka looks like a nice modern place. It kinda carries over to the branches in Mitsuwa market that I’ve been to
