@@brutalmaxxx58 based on some of the things he said he did exercise at some point. I was the same, had a shoulder injury. 185cm/6ft 1. So for those that want to start working out. Please don't compare your results to the ones lee achieved in this video. I might be wrong but i think lee worked out in the past so it was naturally easier for him to build muscle (literally muscle memory). Not only that but as you can see lee's genetically gifted (broad shoulders etc.). working out unfortunately won't change your bone structure, but don't worry you WILL see results but not as rapidly as shown in video. (also take note that lee did a massive bulk eating 4k+ calories a day which was possible because he was kind of starving himself before.)
Exactly, 11 kg is something you achieve MAYBE in a year of training, its a very big change and if he didnt train before and simply lost his muscle it wouldnt be possible to do without steroids
I was going to write something like this, also he might be a shorter guy which could make for your muscles showing "faster". I have been working out for years 6ft and i would says this guys shoulders are alrady close to mine o.o!
You said you aren't an expert, but your rationale behind your first week testing machines and how you split your exercises was incredibly well thought out and sound. It's very clear you put a lot of effort into researching this, and I really commend you for your dedication. This is some of the motivation I needed to get back into the gym consistently myself. Keep up the good work man!

btw, a tip that probably doesn't apply to Lee, if you're someone who wants to gain weight but struggles to eat more, use milk for your protein shake, it's just additional protein and calories in a drinkable format, oh also protein powders are a god send if you want to gain muscle
I do want to share my strategy to gain body mass from being a twink which is eating "special natural egg" without cooking it, raw, and then drinking a can of beer. That was an extreme weight gain but it was perfectly moderated when I was in Reservist Officer Military Training.

great progress dude and can i ask what was your plan in the gym you said you worked every area in 3 different exercise but can you tell us more about the exercises this year i wanna be a better me so i want some advice also ive never been to the gym before
like its actually unbelievable especially with that diet of 4k calories eating w.e he wants (that hes gaining no body fat is insane). I guess he's just born differently. Those gains are literally out of this world. Probably roids tho. Would make extreme sense, especially with hitting the gym every day. On roids recovery times are much faster. You can hit the gym more often and recover way quicker. I strongly believe gear. Bcs insane bulk no fat gain (impossible natural), no recovery issue, Insane lean mass gain in 1 month. 30 days, +11kg, barely any fat gain... i smell drugs
fr especially after claiming he always had trouble gaining weight. Idk what happened but that shit seems fishy. Might just be that he was already going gym and the 30 days are just cap bc I feel like with his build its definitely possible in like 2 or 3 months
even for high doses of every anabolic steroid on the market, muscle memory, and a BIG caloric surplus, 11kg of almost lean muscle is BS. So, either he is lying about his weight, or he is lying about the 1 month thing.
100% on drugs. Anyone who has ever gone to the gym isn't gonna believe this. This happens to absolutely nobody over 30 days. Only kids believe this.
Respect man all the best to you on your journey
5:54 what was bro doing with his right hand
what a good consistency, keep it up
Steroids~Creatine ehm
yo Lee, keep what ur doing bro, valorant or not playing valorant, I don't think ppl care. I used to watch ur a lot but not these days. And after awhile Ive found this video, hope u keep doing the body transformation. I used to be slim af before, but now its actually feeling good to be built :)
This honestly inspired me to a big degree, because i am also currently trying to lose weight while also exercising to be in best shape. Thank you for posting this Lee.
Hell yeah Lee, I love seeing transformations like this! I'm glad you find the gym enjoyable.
damn, insane mental to motivate yourself enough to actually hit your goals. Immense respect dude. Crazy work. And also, if valorant doesn't feel fun, then ... don't play it, simple as that. A stream on a game you enjoy/with friends will always be more enjoyable for your audience than just streaming by habit/necessity. :)
Congrats on your consistent journey💪🔥
Insane growth man!!!
The goat’s back
bro u were already pretty ripped before and now ur JACKED 😭💯🔥
ok bro im truly inspired right now, hope i can do this as well. but my expectation might a bit lower though, different foods different setups. but you really inspired me to achieve this, hope i get this physique in few months so i can rizz up a valorant baddie irl. thank you so much for sharing this video and your progress sometimes during streams

Nice transformation man, congratulations on the work
Just for the records, this transformation is highly impressive!
Only a small amount of people is actually able to gain that much muscle and so little fat in such a short time frame.
