      Thats literally insane to do naturally or maybe he had that physique once before. Wish he adressed is a bit clearer for viewers who are inspired to do the same. Expectations should be way lower, dont want people to feel like they need gear to grow.

      @@brutalmaxxx58 based on some of the things he said he did exercise at some point. I was the same, had a shoulder injury. 185cm/6ft 1.
      Weighed 85kg and dropped to 62kg after a shoulder injury while riding my motorcycle. I am now back to 82 within 5 weeks through consistency. Still need to work on my abs/stomach fat though. I miss my 8 pack.

    So for those that want to start working out. Please don't compare your results to the ones lee achieved in this video. I might be wrong but i think lee worked out in the past so it was naturally easier for him to build muscle (literally muscle memory). Not only that but as you can see lee's genetically gifted (broad shoulders etc.). working out unfortunately won't change your bone structure, but don't worry you WILL see results but not as rapidly as shown in video. (also take note that lee did a massive bulk eating 4k+ calories a day which was possible because he was kind of starving himself before.)

    • @Matti___O
      @Matti___O 23 дні тому +13

    You don't know how inspirational this video is for me, as someone with similar weight/height as yours (6'2. 62kg) having trouble gaining mass/strength has been a heavy & bothering thought in my mind ever since August of last year. I really couldn't find the motivation to go to the gym, though I must admit that it is the feeling of shame that makes me hesitate. But after a few months of really trying to understand myself better, appreciating life, taking more time off gaming and watching this video, I think I will take the next step and at least try going to the gym. Thank you Lee and everyone who has encouraged me to be better

      Bro it gets so much easier trust. And try not to have that thought of” oh everyone’s looking at me and judging me” no they are not. Trust me bro, NO ONE CARES. That’s one of the main reasons a lot of people don’t go, but truly no one is looking or judging or doing anything weird. The only thought they’ll have about you if they randomly see you is,” nice another persons going to the gym” and they’ll respect you. That’s it. You got this bro.

    OK I WANT TO PREFACE I HAVE BEEN VERY ACTIVE IN THE GYM, AND HAVE TAKEN NUTRIOTON CLASSES AND HAVE WATCHED HUNDREDS OF FITNESS RELATED VIDEOS. What I have seen in this video is truly fucking incredible. I honestly have no fucking clue how this guy just LOCKED THE FUCK IN, and gained SOOO much mass. I mean 24lbs in a month? WHAAAATTTTT????? I’m genuinely questioning my entire life right now. And cutting out caffeine just like that? Brooooo. What this guy just did is actually kind of insane to me. Yo get that much progress in a month is just so un fathomable to me. To be fair I don’t look at like beginner videos of newbie gains and shit, but like bro. HOW? This has given me some serious motivation to pick up the fork. Also he never mentioned the intensity of his workouts, but having no rest days and still getting crazy progress kinda blows my mind, especially as a beginner I feel like after a few days you’d just explode cause you’re so sore. So that fact this guy just spawns in, not even a fitness UA-camr, just gains 25lbs in a month, gains real noticeable muscle, and stops and starts life changing habits in just a month is so impressive and crazy. This shit is proof you can do anything. Like no way newbie gains are this OP. That’s wild

I had to start working out but i didnt know how so i did a bunch of research on what to eat, why do we gain weight, how to build muscle , how to loose weight not muscle, what exercises for abs, etc. and i lost a lot of weight and I actually started looking better than i ever did, Im even stronger than ever plus I had this motivation like nothing can stop me. But then december hit and I was met with my worst enemy. Winter break, breaks always make me fall off and this time it was the worst one winter break! we have christmas, new years, plus 3 weeks of no school I m fucking cooked and yea it has been a toll on me. like its actually unbelievable especially with that diet of 4k calories eating w.e he wants (that hes gaining no body fat is insane). I guess he's just born differently. Those gains are literally out of this world. Probably roids tho. Would make extreme sense, especially with hitting the gym every day. On roids recovery times are much faster. You can hit the gym more often and recover way quicker. I strongly believe gear. Bcs insane bulk no fat gain (impossible natural), no recovery issue, Insane lean mass gain in 1 month. (the only way this is natural is if he was very jacked before and is using his muscle memory but its still fishy af)

      Yeah, this is what I was thinking dude said I’ve been going to the gym for a week and showed a month progress photo. I don’t think he’s on gear or anything, but I certainly don’t believe he’s a genetic freak. I think that retraining definitely helped him with gains, but not that much. He probably used the wrong timeline for click bait. One month transformation sounds better than six month transformation which is I think the bare minimum amount of time even with retraining and regrowth of muscle this transformation would take.

    • @Ahmed-iv1uj
      @Ahmed-iv1uj 14 днів тому

      i think there is no way he made visible progress in 7 days i think he lied about tranfo, if he didnt, guy was underweight and already had elite genetics so when he started eating enough protein and kcal he gained his genetic base form back

    what ive noticed with the videos of you actually doing the workouts is how close the camera is! I feel this is very helpful as there is no chance for someone to walk infront of it or generally just be in the frame. I personally love that even if its by accident, I hate when people prop up there camera so far away from them just to get a big view of basically everything and everyone! 😅
    Love the transformation you really inspired me to continue of my own journey of getting more healthy!! 😄

    • @bobbuilder2039
      @bobbuilder2039 10 днів тому

      fr especially after claiming he always had trouble gaining weight. Idk what happened but that shit seems fishy. Might just be that he was already going gym and the 30 days are just cap bc I feel like with his build its definitely possible in like 2 or 3 months

    • @600and12-ghosts
      @600and12-ghosts 9 днів тому +1

      even for high doses of every anabolic steroid on the market, muscle memory, and a BIG caloric surplus, 11kg of almost lean muscle is BS. So, either he is lying about his weight, or he is lying about the 1 month thing.

    • @arvy7765
      @arvy7765 8 днів тому +2

      100% on drugs. Anyone who has ever gone to the gym isn't gonna believe this. This happens to absolutely nobody over 30 days. Only kids believe this.

    damn, insane mental to motivate yourself enough to actually hit your goals. Immense respect dude. Crazy work. And also, if valorant doesn't feel fun, then ... don't play it, simple as that. A stream on a game you enjoy/with friends will always be more enjoyable for your audience than just streaming by habit/necessity. :)
