It’s funny that Ray’s marriage proposal just had to have his parents there at the same time, not a coincidence with how they’d always be in the marriage later!
I used to blame Raymond for moving next to his family enabling his parents into their private matters but after watching 20:17 . I don’t blame him anymore he really did warn Deborah several times
When we think about all the cast that are no longer with us we must include Charles Durning/Father Hubley. He's a fine example of less is more. Such a fine actor and with just a look at Raymond in the series he says so much and has me in stitches.
Ray’s narcissism-including ruining the wedding ceremony for Debra-is not cute, playful, or innocent-let alone the way that God intended for anyone to behave in the least.
@@NicoleCzarnecki Ruining the wedding ceremony for Debra? You should’ve been the full episode. Debra thought he was drunk but he took out the bottle and showed her it was still sealed and unopened. He held back drinking for her. She saw the real Raymond during the ceremony.
Something many people don't think about is that Doug Heffernan is here in this scene and they know each other? But shows up a few years later and then all of a sudden they don't know each other but become friends .
The Wedding Entrance Was WONDERFUL!!!! That's how it's done in the Orthodox Churches - the Groom and Bride meet at the Entrance of the Church and they walk the long walk in together :) that was SO nice :)
They should make a show called **"Everybody Starts with Raymond and Debra"** that focuses on the early years of Ray and Debra’s relationship and their adventures. It could be similar to "Young Sheldon," with older Ray and Debra telling their story and adding funny and insightful comments from their later years. This would give a new twist on their story while keeping the spirit of the original show. They could also create a spin-off called **"Everything Started with the Barones"** that explores Frank and Marie’s relationship and how they raised Ray and Robert. These shows would attract both longtime fans and new viewers, expanding the "Everybody Loves Raymond" world.
He was misogynistic from the beginning. He thought that what made her valuable was her looks, and he snooped into her personal life as well as speculated on her sexual orientation because of her marital status and her ability to assemble a futon.
We already know they ended up together, we already know Ray and Debra loves each other. A badly written scene does not make it creepy, the writers just wanted to get over it. You should too.
@@Zodroo_Tint , next time a delivery person begins snooping into your personal life without your consent or speculating whether you’re gay, let me know how it goes. You’ll probably realize why Ray and his friend were being creeps.
I certainly would have second thoughts about making a man who acted that strange. My husband was bad enough. Being the narcissist he was, he was there for the attention he was getting, not to committ to me.
This clearly shows lil bit of fat makes you look beautiful, young Debra is so gorgeous compared to later seasons where she looks good but nothing compared to older self, I wonder if she hadn't dont fatloss her face would looked more beautiful
Best reel ever! Straight out laughing. The Wedding was terrific! Thanks for sharing.
Just imagine they renew the series and ray and debra are the old folks this time and they stay in the same street as their kids, that would be awesome
Well one of the twins is dead. So maybe Ally?
They would have to make some quality writing then because Ray and Debra is far less entertaining as parents.
@@adriansepulveda9452I think both twins passed away due to drug problems.
@@Akash_Tyagi_93 Wow really?
I’m just going home 🏡 and I’m not going
Aww, never realised how lovable younger, happy Debra was
that is until the in laws began to come around more often.
Marrying into the Barone family ruined her life, lol! 😂😂
@@brittanyc.4540 it sure did
So to tink of it u r saying she literally aged with each season 😅....amazing how true this is tho

Her Smile Is Beautiful
My mom met my dad the same way ❤😅
The best I’ve ever seen in youtube HISTORY

Yes, agreed. Good catch.
The actress was pregnant twice during the series - over two seasons of the show.
Deborah looks beautiful in her wedding dress
Deborah always did.. She's a knockout.
Ray and Debra are so cute and playful and innocent that I’m going to faint. I could gobble them up like candy 🥹

@@vanillapinkfluff3477 , the soberly-narcissistic Raymond whom had to make the wedding about himself? That one?
It's ironic Ray was the slacker here but years later, Ray hired Gianni to fix his stove, Gianni was the slacker...lol
Debra's Parents are Trying to Escape Ray As Fast They Can ❤ It 😊
I love that this video is about Ray and Deb's early years and the most laugh out loud parts are from Robert's scenes.
Im sorry but Debra and the excited shriek gets me everytime
Notice how every time Ray gets excited, his voice cracks like a pre-,pubescent teenage boy.
Something many people don't think about is that Doug Heffernan is here in this scene and they know each other? But shows up a few years later and then all of a sudden they don't know each other but become friends .
Yeah I noticed that too and I believe his name changes as well?

Where is Dougs bossy wife 😅

Ray the definition of NOT a smooth operator
Ray's awkwardness was funny when he first met Debra was funny 😂😊!
Love the scene where Debra and Marie are overjoyed by news of her pregnancy.
King of Queens at the wedding!

I'm really ocd about my kitchen. Marie going through the fridge would have gotten her destroyed in my kitchen.

If she was like that she would be putting this thing together herself.
We would all want our husbands to be so in love with us. Yes yes yes. Awe
Gianni is such a hottie.
You notice ❤
He's too Guinea
So sad how he got over her and started treating her like the ol’ ball and chain.
Sometimes he gets all lovey dovey but they usually need a serious fight. 🤔
