@Cløudÿ It's under the sequin pen brushes(there are 4 of them) and the dotted line brushes(there are 2 of them) for me at least idk if it's different for you I think the dashed line is brush no 172 (by counting btw so maybe it's not correct) and since you are having trouble if you find it then I suggest you press on the "+" beside the brush and then when the "Added to custom" brush appears press "Ok" and it will be sent to the "Custom brushes" so you don't have to spend hours finding it you can just go to the custom brush and scroll through and use the brush
Just in case you still can't find it here's the order of the brushes(till the dashed line brush)
First type: Dip pen brush(3 of them)
Second type: Felt tip pen brush(2 of them)
Third type: Pen(fade) (only 1)
Fourth type: Digital pen(only 1)
Fifth type: Airbrush (7 of them)
Sixth type: Pen brushes(5 of them)
Seventh type: Mapping pen( 2 of them)
Eighth type: Turnip pen(2 of them)
Ninth type: School pen(2 of them)
Tenth type: Dip pen(2 of them)
Eleventh type: Japanese pen (2 of them)
Twelfth type: Falcon pen(2 of them)
Thirteenth type: Pen( 5 of them)
Fourteenth type: Ballpoint pen (2 of them)
Fifteenth type: Pencil (7 of them)
Sixteenth type: Mechanical pencil (3 of them)
Seventeenth type: Colored pencil( 2 of them)
Eighteenth type: Coarse pencil (2 of them)
Nineteenth type: Three pens: Marker, Calligraphy and Fashionable pen

So yeah there are 48 types of brushes (the ones I mentioned in this list) above the dashed line I hope it helped
It might not work if the order of the brushes in your ibix paint x is different from my ibix paint x

I was having trouble finding the dashed line brush, so for anyone else: it’s below the cloud brushes and next to dotted circle and dotted square. The brush is tiny and hard to see at first and that’s why I was having trouble finding it. Hope this helps somebody
If you press on one that has a lock just click watch ad you can use all the brushes for 18 hrs. Or you can buy the premium I think
