- Cheap and Simple Mock Scrape To Attract Deer! The ScrapeFix ScrapeStick is an incredibly simple product that makes adding mock scrapes to your property cheap and easy. I have tried rope mock scrapes, zip ties, vines and other materials but the Scrape Stick was the most simple way to create a mock scrape. A Mock Scrape is an essential communication tool for bucks and doe when breeding season comes along and if you want to have a more predictable travel route for deer during the rut this is the easiest way to do it. All you need is a T Post and a tool to break up the ground and you will be all set! Also, we use the new Racka golf cart to transport our tools into the field and install a new Browning Defender Scout Pro Max camera to keep track of our progress. Before installing a mock Scrape try this first!

Nice scrape setup Joe. I like to use a wirey oak branch. Just below the sternum. Paw out about 3ft by 3ft scrape and pour any liquid in it. Your post location should work well bc it sticks out like a sore thumb. Cool is here brother. Enjoy it this weekend

Beautiful fields of grass and clover. Couldn't be nicer with with the deer's public phone scrape tool to entice the Buck and his ladies. The Racka golf cart will move ever so quietly around the fields with that bow and arrow. Exciting times coming up ahead.

Great video! Looks like the Racka is going to be a great tool for you. We had an electric EZ-Go offroad golf cart we used for hunting for years. It's nice having something that quiet.

Love it man! I have really gotten into scrapes and scrape hunting the last 3 years. I run them on all 3 of my properties. I use pure whitetail products and cant recommend them enough. Pre Orbital on the limb will make for some excellent trail cam photos of deer tearing the limb up!

Joe, enjoyed the setup, I have 15 cudde cellular cameras out and numerous are set over scrapes. I'm going to order a couple of the T posts units, as I believe they give you the ability to move your scrapes easily. I won't able to use them this year with my surgery issues, but I want to be thinking positive. I usually carry a shovel and rake with me when I'm in the woods to freshen my scrapes. I generally shovel the sod rake the dirt out about 2'x2' and then pee in them. Please share any photos on scrape with us, mine are extremely productive with lots of deer activity. Bob
Hey Bob, thanks for sharing that. So far it’s been visited a lot but no mature bucks. That close to the blind I’m not surprised. I ordered a handful more because it is absolutely genius. Once that is in; on to the next thing. Tired of tying ropes while standing on the roof of the side by side. Lol. I’ve heard good things about cuddeback. Need to try them eventually. Praying for your health brother. My surgery set me back and I am FINALLY back. Trying to get back to my fighting weight. 🤣. You will get there,
