- In this episode we go and look at the new location we are having our new house built! I have a busy year ahead of me but I can not wait for all of the changes!
Looks great! Just an FYI I live with a lake behind my house in a similar development. Get a Labrador to chase geese away! I have up to 25 geese on my yard and on my house at times. Mess.
Mark, like your channel, good luck on your move. my order went to GM today, exact same as yours. I've followed your channel because of
your color and build. I wish you would show more of your car outside in different lighting, mostly see it inside. I was at my dealers last week and got to see a Ceramic Matrix Grey C8 in the flesh for the 1st time, I made the right choice. Thx.
Sad that my You Tube star is leaving P-town. But excited for you and your growing family on the new house.
Sounds like lots of great things ahead👍❤
Makes me remember my twin daughters . The best time , enjoy it all
( my little girls are now a happy healthy 43 ) I made /taught them to drive on a manual. 😮 They loved it when their dates were clueless without an auto trans.
I live a bit further south over in Camden. You'll have to get used to avoiding traffic on 168. Plenty of fun back roads to drive in.
I'm no stranger to 168 as I have been going to OBX since I was a kid. I've already warned the wife about the traffic on Saturdays & Sundays in the summer. And I agree, there are all kinds of fun back roads to have fun on. 👍🤙
Very exciting news! New house and a baby! Congratulations!
Congratz on the new house!!!
Thanks man!
Congrats man!
Beautiful lot conrats on the new house im sure your garage will be awsome, got a question i just received my knightdrive tv lighs for my c5 did you have any problem getting them inspected any advise would be much appreciated
Nice car and the new home lot. Not sure why the realtor told you not to go into the house. You better go in so you can check out the process as much as possible. You are paying for it and not the realtor. Good Luce and congrats on the new one on the way.
Damn right, go into the house and take photos every step of the way. Have a buddy who knows what they are looking for stop by often throughput the build. Trust me, it will be a live-saver later. Also, be certain that the house foundation is above grade level with sufficient drainage. It sounds like common sense, but I doubt you'd be surprised. 😅 I hope all goes well and I hope to see you at Lake Keowee vetted show this year.
More space more cars? Best of luck with the commute
Welcome to Moyock! The locals are going to put you on a pitchfork for saying MOY-YOCK. It's MOE-YOCK. 😂 It's a great town and county. We've been here since 2013 and will retire here from the Navy next year.
Haha. We were at a restaurant a few weeks ago and a local explained the annunciation to us. We are very excited about it! Everyone is very friendly
@@VetOnVettes For the most part, everyone has been friendly. The big Moyock FB group can be toxic/troll like but they don't speak for the most of us.
Take it easy! Look forward to seeing the C5 around town here.
Most important question. Three or two car garage?
I'm glad you asked. Deep 2 car garage with a detached 3rd around the side.
@@VetOnVettes Awesome.
Does the property have a sulfur smell to it? The water table looks high and those houses are on slabs. Just curious!
I've been down to the development probably 6 times and have not smelled anything. 🤔. I will definitely report back though if I smell something.
lol you don't have to. Your property looks close to the ocean with all that sand. Congrats on the big move!@@VetOnVettes
kinda sad this is the future of america everything in suburbs with HOA's
I mean.. it's been this way for the last 70 years.. Suburbs that is. I am 100% against an HOA & we had to look forever before we found a place with no HOA. They have 'sub division rules' but not a HOA. It's $30 a month to maintain ponds & signage.
If you can park a boat and motor home in the driveway, it can't be that bad.
