Did the front and rear poly bushings upgrade and replaced all the ball joints on my C5Z using your videos as inspiration. Great mod as you say. Tough job….but great.
Good List. As an original owner of my 04 Z06, I have done all of those mods you mentioned. I can't agree enough on the steering wheel and shifter, two things you touch every time you drive your car! One additional recommendation and many have done this, is upgrade the tires. Heck I don't think Goodyear even makes tires for these cars. Get a good set of Michelin non run flat tires and it will transform the car and the ride quality. Oh and Stubby Antenna for better aero too, LOL!!
I have an 01z too (have owned since ‘07) love your channel but think the headlights and hood chops wont stand the test of time when it comes to future enthusiast appreciation. Perhaps someday my aftermarket camshaft and A&A blower kit wont stand the future demographic (or legal) test of time but we’ll see. Otherwise, absolutely love your work wish you the Best.

On the headers, do they bolt to the factory exhaust or do they need to be welded? Also, if you have any air conditioning questions, I retired two years ago as an hvac technician of 38 years. Maybe I can help.
