Every medication I'm allergic to has been discovered because I was prescribed the ophthalmic version 😂 I got hives in my eyes from neosporin drops when I had pink eye as a kid, and there's a steroid called difluprednate (brand name Durezol) that caused an immediate and startling increase in eye pressure. They actually had to puncture my eyeball to let out excess fluid.
