That was as fine an explanation and examples as I've ever heard or seen. Cool rifles too, thanks sixshootertexan.

I had noticed the wheels before but never gave them any thought, thinking that they were something to do with the air gun part of the rifle. They make all the sense in the world. Great explanation & video.

I'm a powder burner and I have an FX Dreamline. I hand load my own 300 Blackout and other stuff. 1,126fps is the speed of sound at sea level. You can find out what sea level you're at and then see what the speed of sound is at your sea level and go from there. I set mine up to about 1,050fps for my blackout and that pretty much covers most areas. I'm actually looking at these videos though because I want one for my modded M1A Loaded chambered in 308 Winchester because I have a Hawke Frontier 30 FFP 5-25x56 on it but I can't find a wheel. I ordered three different UTG versions but they just don't fit and I don't have the tools to open the inside diameter up enough to fit over my parallax knob. Hawke claims they don't make one for this scope and I don't want a 3D printed one so I guess I'll keep looking. Nice video sir!

Thanks for the explanation. I knew the parallax part but never understood why the big focus rings on the air rifles. Never realized how difficult they make the competitions. 👍🏻👍🏻

A nice air rifle is a great addition to any firearm collection. It fills a void that even silenced firearms can't. 100 yards with an air rifle presents the same challenges long range shooters deal with too. They make you a better Marksman without leaving your back yard.
