Talking is cheap. Real people are never perfect and perfect people are never real. People are human... Don't think you are too perfect ah...
Every person who watches this video has the potential to unlock something deep within. You're helping spark that change.
🙏
so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.
I watched a lot of productivity tutorials on UA-cam, and this is the MOST REALISTIC one ever! Very simple yet NO BS and very applicable regardless of the situation. Because most of those productivity guru's out there, they did not even considering that every person has different life's scenarios and they are teaching unrealistic and complicated way of productivity habit. Thanks I found this!
I love your videos, Jay. You are absolutely spot on! Petty errands and chores are a growing problem, especially in the western hemisphere. I love reading your books and watching your podcast. When a person gets some deep work done, it feels like an achievement! Productive work on your craft cuts away at busyness. The errand rich, time poor lifestyle and defeating it, is one of my main focus points to developing my own craft, so absolutely, I can resonate 100% with this video!
Love the split between efficient and effective! I know I love meeting goals within those but didn’t think that it could be divided like this!
Alright, when it comes to managing your time, setting priorities and creating a schedule can really help.
You have given me a way to make my week go in a more productive way, and i can make more sub divisions into it, too. Even i can divide my each day hourly for logical and creative work.Big help. Thank you. Appreciate it.
Love to hear it!
Can’t imagine myself getting all the work done in 4h. Also, in reality it’s hard to avoid emails on a ‘creative’ in a busy office environment. Would be awesome to hear how to combine these. Great tips regardless 👏😊
I recommend you read ' Deep Work' by Cal Newport
Oh I just found your channel! I have been reading one of your incredible books! "Think Like A Monk: Train Your Mind For Peace And Purpose Every Day" and I am so grateful to have discovered this channel as well! These tips about mapping out creative vs logical days is perfect because I have been sort of juggling with both 😅
Please give tips specifically against chronic procrastination for people with ADHD, because for the life of me I can't trick my brain into activating focus even when I plan these things in advance.
Ugh, same. If I plan in advance that makes it worse
Myron Golden’s TedX talk - How to stop procrastinating
thank you so much jay for this amazing video. now I'm gonna apply this in my life 'cause i really wanna grow as a person and do good for the society just like you do.💜
This is amazing
My days are like this but I didn't really categorize it like that but I have learned this now.
Often I am creative and effective
Jay, you’re speaking to my soul here! Time to tackle my distractions and get back on track.
Wow! I find this idea very revolutionary!! I’m definitely giving it a shot
Some of the most original work on productivity I have ever seen. ❤😊
Want to try it.
Wow... this time management technique is based on the type of work that affects our mind and brain. I never thought about it. What if we get urgent tasks that need to be addressed immediately?
yeah this is great but what about students? like we have to go to our workplace and then study. so basically we’re doing that logical work(walking or driving) and studying (creative) in the same day. so i guess this isn’t suitable for students
Jay - Imagine a person who grew up in the foster kid system, being bounced around from one place to the next, never really having a chance to build relationships with anyone who might be able to teach them all those skills, concepts, habits, and techniques that successful parents take the intentional time to teach their children as they're growing up... that person then ages out of the system, goes on to college and lives in the dorms because that's the best option for a roof over their head, but they're so far behind that they do their best to catch up, but they don't know what they don't know so they don't know the right questions to ask and the right places to look for help. They then graduate and get into their 30's and 40's and still feel so far behind because they just never got those foundational life lessons that so many other kids grow up getting, let alone, the life lessons many learn in college because they were set up so well for success by their parents before they even got there... so they're still behind and still struggling. THAT is me - and THAT is thousands of other people, believe it or not. What I would give to see you put together a complete video series that really digs in deep, starts with the basics, and then works its way up to learning how successful adults set themselves up for a well prepared and prosperous life. What are the habits they do each day? How do they organize they life and themself too? What do successful people know about money that poor people don't seem to get? What are those things successful people do differently that set them apart? I think you get where I'm going... I would sure love to see you do a full complete video series on basically, how to adult and how to adult successfully - there are so many more people out there who need this just as much as I do. I'm just the only one saying it. Any chance you'd be willing to do something of that nature? I'd sure be grateful if you did. (I need a step by step kind of game plan... I missed it all growing up and while yes, I'm watching videos like yours and reading as much as I can, I feel like I'm just bouncing around all over again grabbing bits and pieces as I can. I need someone to take us from start to finish - point A to point B, from frustrated and floundering to competent and confident, from a poor mindset to a wealthy mindset, from a scattered way of life to organized and efficient...). I think you get it. Help!
I love this framework, it makes perfect sense! I'm going to implement it asap, thank you ❤
Everything depends upon our heart. When we do good, think good, feel good, the result will be goodness.
All checked, I just need to attract people... but maybe not in this world of haters, nor neutral. But good people. Finally to be in peace.
Hey @JayShetty ! Loving this new content type! Could you please give us a video on how to emotionally reset, or get an energy boost as fast as possible? Both are likely separate videos. Would love to see your thoughts on this!
Thanks Jay for this video, such an interesting process to use. Beautiful edit by the way.
Absolutely my type on paper ❤
Awesome video and admirable speech l love ❤
Thanks Jay we all love you I'm also gonna start my channel, post some cricket videos and I'll try my best to make it a consistent habit of posting and then will see the results in 2026
can we do both logical and creative work in a day?
Like, doing logical work at daytime and creative at night?
Very unique perspective. Very helpful.
Realy impressive, would be so greatefull if could you help to plot and examplify the same by chosing coroporate tasks for a corporate employee 🙂
Thank u so much. I will put your advices into practice and see what's gonna happen
A kind reminder
This is a very useful video to finally be more productive during my day. Thank you
Thank you Jay😊

Very precious😊😅 thank you
I'm retired at 38, went from Grass to Grace. This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife, $75k biweekly and a good son full of love🤍🤍🤍
I'm highly inspired.
Please spill some sugar about the bi-weekly stuff you mentioned.
Big thanks to Mrs MILDRED EVELYN ROONEY
She's a licensed broker here in the states 🇺🇸 and finance advisor.
I raised 305k and Mildred Evelyn Rooney is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car a just last month, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Mildred Evelyn Rooney is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful son Note!: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
I've always wanted to be involved for a long time but the volatility in the price has been very confusing to me. Although I have watched a lot of UA-cam videos about it but I still find it hard to understand
In general what about those takes which may fall under both categories like creative and logical? For example development of software could be creative and logical as well
❤
Thank you so much jay
I have one question... spirituality is being creative or logical...I think it's both...
Seriously it's work🎉
Thank you 🙏 @jayshetty #Basic2Badass #KuntKoalition #RiseAndGrind 💪🧠🙌

Amazing 🔥
i used to think manifesting was all about repeating affirmations and hoping for the best. i tried it for months and…nothing. i was so frustrated. then i heard about this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and how it breaks down the science and energy behind manifestation. it’s like it flipped a switch in my brain. once i started applying what i learned, things started falling into place like never before. worth checking out if you’re serious about manifesting.

It's surprising how under the radar book The Secret Doctrine of Wealth is. If you're curious, It is definitely worth a look.
goated book
But as a researcher and prepping for competitive exams,
Awesome
a while back, i hit a point where i felt like everything was out of my control. i kept wondering why other people seemed to get what they wanted while i was stuck in the same place. then i came across this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains the connection between your energy and the life you create? it blew my mind. it’s not just a book, it’s like a blueprint for turning your life around.
i remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to happen for me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.
Self improvement

Hamne bhi free job helping started kar diya h sabke Liye
I bet this is an AI generated video.... amazing.
Good
W all due respect, separating my creative + logical tasks into days is not practical for my lifestyle.
I have however, mastered being both effective + efficient where either takes precedent throughout the day
stress off your brain and your mind? Unpack that please and thank you.
I was totally distracted by your outfit😀 why did you tuck it
🤍🤍🤍
Jay, this video is overstimulated. So many montage changes, effects, close up, zoom outs. Please, relax a little, 'cause to really grasp information, at least i, need it to be served more calm and that i believe is also who you really are. I hope you will find this as constructive critisim, because i think you and your intention is great. Have a lovely day.
