Actually Starts at 3:33 John Williams is such great compositor he slowly introduced elements from the Imperial March into a Transition until the end. You can notice that on the Backgrounds Winds, then in 3:52 a change on the harmony reveal the Imperial March notes with a different rythm. This back and forward in both Harmonies resamble the feelings and confusion that Anakin has. This last track is a Masterpiece.
Those undertones of the Imperial March at the end are absolutely chilling, hats off to John Williams
