During the ad read, I definitely didn't think it was an ad read at first. I thought Jeremy was just riffing and was going to go off about how to use a tractor to survive the apocalypse.

I got so confused when the Escape the Invasion ad came in. I kept thinking "okay, when is the tractor joke going to come in?" and then it never did.

Having no prelude to an ad in content which is at least partially directed as kids is very shitty, and different ad guidelines for kids tv exist for this exact same reason; they're less able to identify the difference between Jeremy going "oh here's a funny situation and by the way I really enjoying playing this game" and "we've been paid to highlight a product for you"
@@willdanib Product placement is nothing new. In the UK such an ad would be illegal, but I suspect it's not in the US.

They've since apologized to her for this. I THINK it was literally her first time playing the game, period, and they put her in a video where everyone was utilizing almost all of the GTA experience skills: map knowledge, flying, parachuting, combat, ect. Extremely unfair to her and not a great content move, leading to a lot of the toxic, asshole bastards in this community to rip her for, let's call it "poor performance" in this video. That really upset her, and rightly so. The situation she was put in sucked. What WAS a great content move was the video where Gavin shows her the ropes in GTA. So freaking funny; very reminiscent of how awesome your first few times playing GTA V were. I think everyone in GTA would agree they should have done that first before videos like this.

i honestly forgot fiona was in the video and then during micheals run ryan tried to include her but it didnt work out
because she doesnt need to be there half the commenters have pretty much said theyve forgotten she was in because she leaves nothing to be remembered
Doesn't help that she seems to have no clue how to play literally ANY game. A lot of people love her. But I find myself increasingly annoyed by her rude attitude. Lindsay brings chaos, but still knows how to play. She's a wild card. Fiona on the flip, is the adult equivalent of handing your sibling the controller that isn't plugged in.
She can be good in GMod...occasionally. But GTA is really not the game for her; all the rest of the AH crew has been playing GTA for years and have tons of cars and weapons. Fiona has a pistol. Why they aren't simply having her buy stuff and level up off camera I don't know, but having to add a bunch of restrictions on everyone else just so she can be in the video is lame for the viewers and embarrassing for her. Poor choice all around.
@@60sSam the pistol rule already existed, and you said it yourself, these guys have been playing for years, some more or less off camera than others (coughgavincough). it doesnt matter how much money you have if everything is locked :(
Fiona is somehow actually less exciting than Ray was right before he left AH, which is impressive because I think he was actually asleep at times if I remember right.

Lindsey's comment of "Unmarked van comin to pick ya up Matt" gave me an idea for The Most Dangerous Game X2. You have the target, but there is also a secret hunter that is on his side trying to protect him by killing the hunters. Each hunter only has a set number of lives.
Ryan, Michael, Jeremy, Lindsay and Matt were all fantastic and entertaining in this video 😂

Great now Fiona can show us how she can't play games on the let's play of gta. Why. She can't do shit. The first hunt. She did NOTHING THE WHOLE TIME. The editor even noticed and didn't cut to her at all

What was the point of Fiona in this video? She didn't do anything at all during the video, especially the first chase with Matt. She talked less than 5 minutes in total throughout the video. It would of been the exact same video if they cut her out of it completely.

Video Idea: Instead of “Most Dangerous Game”...call it terminator. It’s the same rules, but instead the hunted has one defender that can use any weapon and/or vehicle. (The defender also has to use their best Arnold voice for the entire duration of the round).

I'm still so very confused what Fiona is doing on this gaming channel. Lindsay is at least funny and fun to watch, but Fiona could very well not be there and nothing would change to impact the gameplay.

I've just realized, lately Matt has come to occupy the position Gavin used to hold way back in the good old days. No matter what he does or does not do, Matt has become the punching bag for the rest of the office. Whenever something goes wrong, whether it's Matt's fault or not, they yell at Matt. When Matt does or says something wrong or that doesn't make sense to them, they all unload relentlessly on him. And whenever they need to take out their anger in a game or real life, Matt seems to end up on the receiving end.
The scary part is that he still doesn't get it as bad as Gavin used to.
But Gavin actually deserved a lot more of the shit he got than matt does. Usually (not always) gavin would do something stupid and it would set everyone against him, matt just gets abused for no reason and only very rarely earns it.
Todd Ferguson I agree that Gavin absolutely tended to deserve it more, but even then, the abuse towards Gavin was often more severe than what happens to Matt. Hell, there were plenty of times where it extended into physical abuse (not real abuse, obviously). I don't recall Matt ever being constantly farted on or tackled/wrestled by the others during a video. Although he does get moonballs thrown at his desk a lot.
The point is, Matt seems to have taken Gavin's place as the primary punching bag. I'm mostly amazed that it took so long to happen.
@@LordConstipation I agree the farting and fingering, and the fact that it seemed to be a regular thing, always stood out to me as way to much and something I would report to HR if worked there, or RT had an Hr department.

Just recently I was watching A GTA _Survive the Hunt_ video on the Fail Race channel and thought, "AH should do this!" It's very similar to this but without using the map and the hunted has to blend in with NPCs for 24 in game hours.
scarily enough I also just finished watching the last STH and then immediately came to watch this...
To be fair you can't just steal an idea from another channel. AH comed up with their own original ideas
