Hi Liz, briefly the elephant in the room regarding musculoskeletal injuries is connective tissue, which is mainly disregarded, as most have no idea how to approach it. There are a number of avenues here, ingestion, PT, prolotherapy. If you review a rotator cuff injury in a different mindset, you find an interesting outcome with prolotherapy. You are in an interesting position in influencing future treatments, and this can have a significant well being for a lot of people. Bye and thanks for being so nice.

What do u do if u get positive speed,hawkin or spurling test. Send them to PT or ortho referral
Great question. If you have a positive screening in primary care the best option would be to refer to orthopedic for further evaluation.
