For patients have tried several medications without success, consider using a pharmacogenomic test such as Genesight. This test is 100% covered by Medicare and Medicaid, because of improved outcomes, finding the medication best suited to that individual. It looks at how medications are metabolized in the liver via the CYP pathways. Try to attend an informational program near you, you can go online and see what other providers utilize this test that are near you. And hopefully they will be willing to share tips.
