It was in regards to defending the chapter house. Increasing the hand size (effectively) would offer more cards to defend the Chapter House with. Hope that clears up the confusion :)

Antediluvian Awakening - still have this with a Catiff Anarch revolt (yes even after the nerf) and Computer hacking deck.
