Very informative video, Andy. Bravo! I never thought of “The Cigarette-Smoking Man Strikes” as a dick card.😆 Other Combat cards I like to use in my decks are “Illusionary Foe” and “Fast Strike.”

I just got into V:tES 5th Edition (I actually played a couple of games of Jyhad / V:tES a looong time ago) and picked up this set. I just found your channel which has a lot of good info on it (there is very little out there). I have already bookmarked your reviews of the 5x 5th Edition decks. Thanks! I think I have a basic understanding of the rules, but I would love to see a game being played with a couple of starter decks and the rules / cards being explained as play progresses. There couple of videos I have found on UA-cam of people attempting to do this, but they were unsuitable for beginners learning the rules (in 1 case they didn't really know the rules themselves and I felt I already knew more, or in another case was too in-depth and covered a lot of rules that were fringe cases outside of the 5th Edition card set). Anyway, something for you to consider, and either way, I'll keep my eye out on your channel for anything that can help me learn the basics.

I had these cards since release, but sold them a long time ago. Just bought a 700+ cards stack from a previous player (incl. Mulder, Scully, Skinner and Krychek). Looking forward to play it again, that's why I bumped on your videos.

Easy Yeager…it blocks 3 on a tiny portion of cards, all other blue/block3 blocks the same on all cards and isn’t restricted by anti reaction cards or cost. 😂😂

baleful doll - would combo it with shambling hordes. burn blood to put vampires in horde punch ranges :)

have built a deck with auto da fe - good to burn low to mid cap vamps but requires top end sabbat titles. it was a 2-3 include to try and burn 5 or less cap vamps or hit prey for 1-2 if you pick a 6-7 cap. option between burning a 5 cap or 3 pool is that sweet spot.

To be fair, if you could modify your class with mech equipment to make them dual class that would be sick. They'd need some sort of deck building restriction like netrunners influence but it could work.

You missed creating drones, missed attacking with drones, missed adding threat to plan, missed that drones with the environment upgrade scheme for 2 instead of 1. Also going over your deck gives you an extra encounter, not an acceleration token You made tons of mistakes this game while repeating every so often "let's play by the rules" lmao

Why not add Anarch Convert ? Turning your vamps anarch could be a good protection against Anarch revolution and reduce the chances of a bad crypt draw.
