Would have been nice if Billy would have let Sierra have the spotlight. He didn't really do much for her here. She just basically stood their and sang backup
So happy to see this. Discovered both of these guys on UA-cam during the pandemic and they made some dark days not so bad. Always looked forward to seeing them playing together. Thanks for posting!
Hey, Billy, that’s Sierra Ferrell there; time to step back and blend, show some class and grace. Guaranteed, the singing won’t suffer, she can handle it, make it shine.
I'm not a prude. I was in the navy for 23 years, so.... But I don't get the need for dropping the F bomb when in front of an audience. When I was growing up, that kind of language wasn't used around women or children.
Amen to that! Men had respect then. Bluegrass has always been family music. No need for vulgarity. I'm sure that's why he's not on any festival circuit
Really? I heard it from plenty of men when I was growing up. I'm astonished that you're as sexist as men were back in those days, too. Not around the women. For the love of GOD. I'm a woman and don't need "protecting" from swear words. SO sexist.

Billy is awesome but if Sierra is onstage I’d just hand her the 🎙
He did though. The part you're saying didn't happen for her in her mind. Ask her.
i'd love to see sierra and billy do a full album together some day!
It will happen
Definitely two of the best from this generation
Look a here , this song will be played at my celebration of life
Would have been nice if Billy would have let Sierra have the spotlight. He didn't really do much for her here. She just basically stood their and sang backup
Imagine the beautiful music these two will make if they live as long as Willie and Dolly....
The fact that Billy can play and sing this song considering his past shows so much growth and healing ❤️
Going to see Sierra at the Warfield in SF, she is just amazing. I'm up to a low count of 9 BMFS shows. I hope to see Sierra 9 or 10 times in 2024
the new Dynamic Duo ! so refreshing knowing that musicians like this are out there allowing the roots of American music to live on .
Sierra Ferrell manifested this by saying y’all like Billy Strings? He’s coming right out… love you Sierra!!!😍❤️❤️❤️
Outlaw Western artists like these two are bringing C&W back into the light...Embrace and enjoy it. Im sure Dolly would be tapping along :)
Awh my two favorite performers. I'm glad they know each other
first time I have thought..Billy step back please
Absolutely. Well said. There will be very few times but this is one of them.
I wish I could hear her.
Two of the best talented musicians today!
What a great Version of some Appalachian Love Songs

Sick fucking collaboration!!! Just discovered Sierra today and thought that Billy and her should get together!!! Way ahead of me!!!
Same story for me today! Can't beat this!

About time. Bring her to Redmond Washington.
Billy and Sierra... both awesome!
Stellar job 🤘 Billy sings bluegrass for the same reason Elvis sang gospel pure ❤️ it's his comfort music
That’s so dope they play Dave Evans! I got to play with Dave one night on Jamming Ridge
It was rough up there .. I remember it. Hard life. Long line of moonshiners on my side too.
Love this ole Dave Evan's song!
Oh shoots- I’m listening and they haven’t cranked Sierra’s mic enough. I can hardly hear Her magic voice
Thinking the same
@@ssQ2U Ditto.
I think on purpose because her voice would dwarf his! She has one powerful voice that one!
I saw this when she was duetting with Sierra Hull too. What's up with that?
Can’t hear her at all, why have her there?
The future super stars of country music. . . right there!
No, bluegrass music, no Fuckimg future in country with billy strings
This song is new to me, I cried too! Thanks for sharing this!
nooo wayyyyyy! been waiting for this
Gosh baby this is good stuff I do enjoy all keep smiling and being yourself love always your Sunshine 🔆
Of course she has been on stage with Billy Strings. Why did I doubt?
So he gets her on stage but we can't even hear her sing?? Not even a chorus verse?!
True story by the way Dave Evans told me . Knew his dad also.
That is some strong stage!
The new bill Monroe and Minnie pearl of this generation
Yeah how do you not let her sing. Holy ego Batman.
Dave Evans was the only man who could do this song justice.
Bring her back home for a concert
Dave Evan’s was the GOAT of Bluegrass. Billy is now.
Cowbell was about right, but needed a little more Sierra.
Go find her stuff and listen to it, then. Why come here and complain that there wasn't enough of her when she's clearly up there TO SING BACKUP? Dumb.
very sweeeeeet
They go together like peas and carrots...
Sometimes I think Billys been poppin those Johnny Cash biscuits.
Heard all that shit before ( Billy you can’t scratch Rickie’s ass .
Went to St Charles to see Billy Strings and ended up falling in love with Sierra Ferrell ......
Spoken word ,❤😂🎉😢😅😊
xoxoxoxo
no pues aora si que como dicen patitas pa que las quiero ajaja saludos!
Maybe giver her a chorus...

You best be gettin’ your bluegrass history in order- Dave Evans classic. Billy knows…
I wonder if that person ever watches that cell phone video
Sound engineer Its bit bass heavy
Amazing job 👍🏼 she looks like an eyelash tho lol
Mountain songbird
I like to watch her play guitar not just stand up there and sing
Mike her up ! Sound man
Ain’t no harmony when you can’t hear special voice like her.
Disappointing
Okay I'm 57 and I think everyone needs to give Billy a break on his f bombs. Come on now your children and grandchildren have piercings and tattoos.
Billy is used to his crowd the F bomb does not alienate them but is part of the cultural vernacular. He got carried away.
Now that Billy can play the guitar, perhaps someone could teach him how to be entertaining and civilized.
Not a great tune for sharing the stage ...
