Appreciate you sharing, this definitely rectified the issue. It’s the first time on my Cougar 354FLS. I did an update for the In Command and bam ended up with issues on the HVAC.

Thank you for your video. It worked on my Montana and saved me probably hundresds of dollars on a mobile service call. We have had this RV for about a year and a half and this was my first episode of this problem. The RV Complete service advisors have no idea about this fix.

Thanks for sharing your video. I have a keystone cougar with the incommand system. It has to AC units and one they keep cooling past the set temperature. Have you ever had that happen?
The zone still reads negative on mine after the reset 😭
How long did you leave the power off for? I would leave it off for no less than 3 minutes. And also ensure you actually "Power Off" the In Command Screen
Only 22 degrees? 😂
