- A 2000 mile road trip, ALONE, on a borrowed Harley Road King, to KEY WEST. This time, I ride the MOST SCENIC roads such as Seven Mile Bridge, Ozello Trail, A1A, Tamiami Trail in the Everglades, and more. I visit @shadetreesurgeon, @UncleBogator and@BlockheadMoto. What's a road trip without broken itineraries, lost items, near heat stroke, and the feeling you get when it's just you, two wheels, and the road.

I always do solo riding, your comments on the benefits of going alone were right on point! The alone time on the open road is kind of therapeutic I think.
Wow I' m just shock someone mentioned expert Mrs Jane I thought I'm the only one trading with her
Thanks for introducing me to Mrs Jane
Wow, how? I'm a newbie and I need your suggestions.
THANKS YOU, I HAVE CONTACTED HER AND SHE RESPONDED.

Those scammers they promise to make up to $50,000 profit within the space of 7 days with just $500 to invest and end up not even refunding your capital but she's a woman of integrity, with $500 he will tell you she can only make profit within the range of $4000 to $8,900 and she actually delivers.... she's great
You’re really getting good at these, Carolyn. That 30 minutes just flew by!
Looking forward to another adventure.🙂
That face while drinking coffee was priceless.
You rock... I have been riding for 30 plus years. Suddenly, I have old friends (of smaller stature) both genders asking me about learning to ride. Aside from proper training I have pointed them all to your channel as a road map to becoming an excellent rider. You really are a great example for everyone.
Yay!!
Living vicariously through your trips. Thanks. Continue to explore, learn and have fun.
You are amazing!!! What a Role Model you are for other's. Your skills have improved so much!!! You're so confident that you are listening to music and dancing and seem to be having a great trip. Great idea of doing that route... Way to Document your adventures so your Family, Friends and UA-cam follower's can always ride along with you virtually... You're a awesome westerly neighbor....
I agree with your reasons for riding alone. I love riding alone, making stops along my route when I feel like it, and enjoying everything at my pace.
Another great video Carolyn. Love coming along on your adventures
I always love watching someone do something they thought was hard or impossible
You are an inspiration to so many people, keep it up , ride safe and God bless and keep you safe 🙏
This was fantastic! thank you so much for sharing this. Really enjoyed everything. Safe travels!
You're the best Doodle! Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
Never skipped a moment! Thank you for sharing this experience. Ride safe and stay healthy always!
Hey Doodle! Thanks for sharing, to date I would have to say this was one of the best videos, enjoyed every minute! Enjoy the ride 😎
I'm just so envious. What an amazing trip. Keep up the great vids
Your astonishment and wonder over things you see during your adventures is infectious!
Have fun, be safe.❤️🌹
That was a REALLY GOOD video. You're a pro. You showed good things that happened, bad things that happened, great scenery. I watch a lot of videos like yours about motorcycle trips made by quite a few different people on youtube and I really liked this one a lot. It looks like a very well put-together summary of your trip that was enjoyable to watch.
You are such a loveable goofball! This was an epic adventure to follow along, hoping for many more! 🙏😍
Thank you for sharing Doodle, looking forward to your next trip adventure.
Awesome. Love the lady that helped you. We need more of this in our nation.
Another quality video, very inspiring. I've got a trip planned for May and your video has helped me anticipate a couple of issues (boots, oil). Looking forward to more of your adventures!
This was an absolute piece of art doodle!! You’re really coming along with editing and all, can’t wait to see what’s next!! As always ride safe guys
This was awesome. Bravo my fair lady 👌
This was a great video. Very inspiring, informative and just plain fun to watch! Great job!
I understand the riding alone thing. I too solo travel on my bikes. Just love the peace. Stay safe friend.
Been a biker since I got my first bike, a Honda 350 scrambler when I was 16. Now, at 57, I still enjoy doing roadtrips alone. I enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Hi, I used to enjoy riding Honda CL -350 Scramblers. They were screamers. The other day I was trying to recall if their redline was 11,500 or 10,500 R.P.M. or not. Do you recall? I have not ridden one since 1970.
@@clutchpedalreturnsprg7710 I'm thinking 10,5. The one thing I recall vividly is the bike being a 350, but the the cyl jug was marked 325. Other than that, and having to tighten up the exhaust every ride, my memory is kinda fuzzy.most weir
@@jamieweirdworld Hi, thanks, never had the exhaust problem. The sad thing about the 350s was the ends of the camshafts were mounted directly to aluminum instead of brass/ bronze plain bearing bushings like the Hondas that preceded it such as the CB/CL 160s. I feel they would have been a more long-lived engine. Anyways, I sure liked riding the 350s.
Another great video. As many others have mentioned, you continually get better as you go. Your content is fantastic, and what makes it even better is that you're just one of us, not trying to be something you're not and trying to make yourself important or seem snobby like some others. And you hit the nail on the head when you gave the reasons you ride alone. All the same reasons I ride alone. Keep going as you are, and you and your channel will thrive!
Great to see you posting again. Nice content, Thanks!
By far, one of the BEST videos I've seen in a long time.
I really appreciate all the hard effort you put into these videos.
Safe travels.
Eric in Kissimmee.
Wow! Fantastic vlog. It is amazing to see all the sights heading to the most southern point of the.US. Thanks for everything that you do. You are an inspiration. I started with a Kawasaki Vulcan S and have moved up to a Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic. Can’t wait for it to warm up in Milwaukee! I’ve gotta believe that you will get a new generation of women bikers on the road. Keep up the great work.
Scenic routes make the trip and good for you for taking the King on this adventure!
What a great video. Thank You for sharing! You are living my dreams
Carolyn, I love all of your content. With my ADD my attention span and interest level wavers quickly, but I find myself watching your entire videos. I'm also in a similar spot. I'm a relatively new rider, and I love to travel. I often find myself travelling alone, which I'm ok with, I enjoy it. I'm picking up tips, and spots to see from your content, so please keep up the great work. One 3400 mile trip in September, and a 2200 mile trip last month. (not on my YT channel, but on Tiktok). The commitment to film, edit, vlog, post, and keep content engaging is just too much for me :).
Another great video! I am from the UK and would love love love to do that ride one day!
Can we all just take a moment and appreciate how awesome Alexis is, offering to drive a 2 hour round trip to get your keys! What an angel!
seriously!! #TeamAlexis
Your so awesome!! You inspire me to take more trips, longer trips! Thank you for all the videos! They help me out a lot..
I just wanted to say your videos are get better and better. This is the best yet. Looking forward to your next trip. 💯✌️🤟🤘
*SQUEAL* “She’s BACK!!!”...Ya made me cry (yes, again 😂)! In addition to the scenic roads, laughs and adventures with great friends and time with familia, I was so touched by all the good hearted people you met along the way! Thank you God for protecting Carolyn, getting her home safely and all the wonderful souls you put on her path 🙏♥️🙏. Thank you so much for this video, it was well worth the wait! (I’ve been on a social media fast since early January, was especially excited to see this today ♥️).
Hey Carolyn, Thanks for the enjoyable ride-along! Though I've been through Key West on a cruise ship with friends, I still want to do it on a motorcycle --- especially after seeing your journey. Ride safely. Glad you were able to recover the FOB (BTW, remember to get the emergency start code next time).
Omg just Keep an eye on the humidity 😅
Love ,love , love ,,brought back some lovely memories of the time I visited Key west back in the early 90s with my wife and my little daughter .. traveling all the way from Ireland ,,so thank you so much Doodle I am definitely coming back to visit.
This was amazingly fun to watch and gets me excited about my future adventures
Welcome back Doodle. Excellent video, definitely worth the wait. Solo rides are the way to go. Glad the problems weren't major, and that you made it before summer before Florida heat and humidity get brutal!
She made me think it was pretty brutal as it was!
@@Boysenberr Yeah but it’s gonna get a lot worse!!

I took my first big solo trip recently (in February on the East Coast of Australia). Absolutely loved it as I was able to change plans or stop any time I liked. Wish I had done it sooner. I was a bit envious of the Road King you were riding as I would love to have been able to lock all my gear in panniers (I only had a ventura bag on the back of my bike which made it hard to leave the bike unattended).
I can only imagine loosing your key must have been a scary lonely feeling, glad you got it back. Great trip, nicely put together footage.
Thank you for all the work that must go into producing one of these videos. It seemed very professional, and thoroughly enjoyable.
Man this takes me back, was on holiday in Miami and drove to the keys back in 2006. Just 2 weeks ago I drove across a similar bridge as 7 mile bridge, going east from Lisbon, Portugal
Hi Doodle, I'd really like to see you traveling through all the States. As an italian i'd love to watch all the different States told by you in your funny, interesting, insipered way!
Viva Guzzi!
Another great video, thanks 👍🏻 thanks for taking us on your adventures 👍🏻
Love what you did going solo!! You are stronger for it.
Glad to watch this road trip already, been waiting for it. It was very good video and worth the wait 🙂
You rock! Stay safe girl!
I stumbled upon your videos just watching motorcycle video and never thought I would sit through a full episode of a 31 minute video but your videos are just down right relaxing. My wife and I are in to cars and I have a few friends with bikes. I have always wanted a bike. Your video's see so free spirited and natural. I love them. May just convince me at my old age to go to motorcycle school and see what it's all about. Thank you for your work on these. At the end of this video I got a little emotional. Just to see the end of your trip and all you go through to give such amazing vids is special.
I love your content! The ups and downs makes it soooo much better. Showing people that they can overcome anything..
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode especially the sights and hangouts, thanks for sharing.
Enjoy the ride 🏍🤩
Getting back into riding after a 6 year hiatus, I found your channel while researching the street triple. This is a great video, really inspiring. The past 6 years I have stayed away from riding due to turning 26 and deciding that maybe it “was” a bit dangerous.
Now I finally feel ready to jump back in the saddle,as I simply haven’t been the same person all this time.
Thank you for the inspiration and great taste in motorcycles!
Another GREAT video Doodle!!!!!! Glad you had a another safe/wonderful ride/adventure and was able to enjoy yourself this time!!!! Sorry that you lost the key fob and caused a delay but that was a valuable lesson for everyone to learn to write down the pin code and carry it with you. Be safe and keep up the great videos!!!!
I really liked this. I think your voice-over/commentary is excellent and the emotion of this trip really showed. Looking forward to the next one.
This is the 2nd video I've seen of you so far and I'm really enjoying them Can't wait to watch them all!! Keep up the good work.
Love Jerry! Great Job Girl!!! I Love my 2022 Road king special❤️ Continue the adventures you’ll Never regret it! Hope to see you in Sturgis!
You learn a lot about yourself and other people when things go wrong. Usually that people are in general pretty good, and you're more resilient than you thought. Great vid.
so delightful to watch yr video, impressing to me. What a huge personality you are. Thanks for sharing.
Key West and A1A are definitely on my wishlist of rides. Totally agree about solo rides and the scenic route. Outstanding travel vlog!

Your best video (so far), hands down. 👏 This seems like a perfect fit for you. Love your presentation of a bucket list ride for many of us. Also love that you follow Noraly. Thanks for sharing!
Love the " 5'3.75" ".... love it, too awesome! Enjoy your trips and hope to see you on the road some day. 🤙
Really enjoy watching you and your video. You are a great narrator. We enjoy riding a lone as well. We have rode with friends on long trips. It never goes as you think it would. You continue to amaze me in each video.

Great video. Very well done. Every trip an adventure.
That was a great ride! I really enjoyed watching this one...the video was super well done...I will be watching it again!
Thank you for a very entertaining and inspiring video. I am planning that trip later this year. If you did not know, you just did the Tail of the Gator trip. Loved how much you persevere with the challenges thrown at you and the wonderful people who helped you. In this day, it is awesome that there is still plenty of caring individuals willing to help. And that tip about sending her license picture to your husband was pretty smart. Looking forward for your next adventure. Ride safe!!!!!
That was a fun watch... Thanks Carolyn!
What an awesome video this was. I really enjoyed it. Having taken that same route 15 years ago it was wonderful reliving it with you .
That was super nice of the lady to give you a ride to get your key.
