You lived up to having everything on your channel. Glad you pointed out the need to match the antifreeze,if you mix improper coolants it will cause all the rubber parts to deteriorate. Huge problems will occur.. You did good..

Thanks, your video was very helpful with that little plastic part that would not come out at the 19:18 mark. Is it even necessay? I had bought an extra piece of hose and it fit in there with ease and then connected the other end to the Y connector.

My 2012 dodge gran caravan is leaking somewhere near the cooler lines and radiator connect.. I replaced the lines before could they be worn out again
I worked at a Ford dealership 20 yrs ago, the labor rate then was 65hr.
I changed one of those for a neighbor last yr.
The Use of PLASTICS in automotive applications will ALWAYS lead to later complications.
I wrote a paper on this and called it "Designed obsolescence point".
As time passes the continual heating and cooling will cause the plastics to degrade and fail.
This creates a come back consumer for the dealer and mechanic as they know it will fail. Why else would they continue to
sell plastic radiators and valve covers, and sadly oilpans as well are now made of plastics.

Buddy. What is the kit called or the parts called that you got from autozone?
HVAC hose. I ordered from Rock Auto. Much cheaper but it ordered online. But , autozone, oreily, or advance carries it.
Or just get the y fitting and cut out the plastic y fitting and put the new one in and just get 3 hose clamps and it will be fine

what about that hose on minute 23:47? the one on the bottom side of where you point, does it get changed?
It's all one piece one goes up the other goes down. You can''t mess it up. The shape and the bend of the hoses will ONLY allow you to hook it one way.
So what is the name of The plastic part that broke or part number that you use to replace it would be helpful
