    Thanks for your interest in Kraft Music and the DTX560K. Here are your answers:
    1. There are several layers of in-between sounds on the hat. As you move from full closed to full open you will notice the subtle differences that change with your foot position.
    2. The only three zone inputs are snare, crash, and ride. You can connect a single zone pad or TWO separate single zone pads (using a splitter cable) to each of the tom inputs.

    Yes, you can add up to FOUR additional pads or cymbals to the DTX560K kit. One pad or cymbal would connect to the aux input on the side of the kick trigger. The other three pads would split off the tom inputs (using a splitter or insert cable). Thanks for watching!

    The Yamaha HS650A Hi-Hat stand is packaged with the DTX560 kit. I believe it's at the bottom of the pad box and there's no way to remove this stand from the kit. You can certainly use any stand you like with this kit, you'll just have an extra. Feel free to give us a call for the best deal. Thanks for watching!

    No, you would have to assign voices to each of the split tom inputs. The module considers the tom input and the extra (split) input to be distinct channels.
    Thanks for watching!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your interest in Kraft Music and the DTX520K. You can use any 1/4 inch instrument cable to connect the DTX520K to a sound system. To go into a professional mixer or powered speaker you would need 1/4 inch to 1/4 inch...home audio receiver would require 1/4 inch to RCA. Feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.

    Yes, you can add another pad by connecting it to the extra input in the kick pad.

    I bought my DTX500 through Kraft and i use it to trigger the kick drum on my acoustic kit. I also have a practice pad on my kit with a D-drum red shot trigger on it, for a wood-block sound. It works well, and triggers nicely. But when I hit the pad and the kick drum at the same time, the kick sounds very distorted and wrong, even though it sounds great on its own. Plus, I find that when I am editing settings, hitting the kick/pad does not change the display, like on this video.Please help me!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your interest in Kraft Music and our COMPLETE DRUM BUNDLE. Unfortunately, due to our dealer agreement with Yamaha we are unable to ship outside of the US. You should be able to find a local dealer who carries this DTX kit, and they may be able to set you up with a similar package deal. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.

    Hi, I will certainly buy this drum kit and I have one question about it. Is that possible to connect another cymbal, to have one hit-hat and 3 cymbals? (a crash, a ride and a splash for example) sorry for my english...

    2 questions regarding the dtx520k,
    1. is the hi-hat either open or closed, with no inbetween?
    2. Do the tom pads have three zones as well, or is it just the crash, ride and snare that do?

  • @Irkmenx

    @kraftmusic Hi!, one question, wixh is the diference between the XP80 pad (the snare pad in the DTX560K) and the XP100SD. Is it only the diameter or is it something else?. Thanks a lot!

    I am considering buying this. Is it possible to add a double bass pedal to this? I'm planning on getting a double bass pedal as well. Will the kick drum pad be able to fit both?

  • @kraftmusic

    By splitting your tom inputs (and plugging into the kick tower), you can connect up to FOUR additional pads to the module. These will be single zone pads and can be assigned to any drum, cymbal, or percussion sound. Feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.

    The crash and ride cymbals are chokeable. If you connect additional cymbals using the kick tower input or split the tom inputs...they would only be single zone, non-chokeable. Thanks for watching!

    If I used a splitter on one of the toms, and I assigned a voice to one of pads connected to the splitter, would it assign the voice to both pads connected to the splitter?

  • @kraftmusic
    @kraftmusic  13 років тому

    @Irkmenx
    It's a difference in size. Also, the XP100SD has a real-time controller knob that can be used to adjust snare tension, tuning, and metronome tempo. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.

    Hi, I'm thinking of buying, a new electronic drum kit, and someone has recommended this kit... Can you help me? I'm interested in a midrange high drum kit... Can you connect this drum kit to the computer and download sounds? Have you heard about Alesis dm10 studio kit? What do you think? Thanks!

    Does the stereo fixed high-hat on the dtx522k have that detailed open/close mechanic like the high hat of the dtx560k?

    I have 2 questions: 1) Can you do hi-hat splashes with this module/kit 2) Would I be able to hook up the KP125W kick pad to it?

  • @kraftmusic
    @kraftmusic  12 років тому

    Sure, the nice part about electronic drums is the ability to swap out components. You could use your existing pads and run the DTX700 as your new module. Feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.

    @megamees2008
    That's correct. The DTX560K uses the exact same sound module as the DTX500K. However, the three zone snare pad and cymbals in the DTX560K will give you more flexibility when playing and customizing your own kits. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns.
