Love this stuff !, my Doctor might become up to speed on this in 10 years ! . . .oh wait, he'll be retired and I'll be searching. Thanks for the video !
Do you have information on the effects of hormonal contraceptives on contributing to leaky gut and inflammation? Thank you for all that you do, Dr. Ruscio!
Yes, we covered this and the general risks of hormonal birth control in an episode of the podcast: drruscio.com/what-is-the-safest-form-of-birth-control/.
Yooo my doctor office flamed me because I told them they could help people by generally prescribing magnesium earlier / more and understand that a blood test doesn’t show magnesium deficiency too well. They asked me to not use the email for this nonsense and just clueless about the magnesium blood test thing. Anyway this is in Amsterdam the Netherlands so sad times. Bright side is, this gut microbiome thing is insane. One month or so ago I chat gptd: top 30 foods to eat for gut microbiome and I just have been spamming healthy food and fruits and kefir. It seems logical now but the change in feeling is insane. I go around talking to people about microbiome health all day but there is little reception for now lmao.
I keep hearing that Vitamin D is great for IBS. My D levels are always low and when I try supplements they make me so feel so fatigued. Is there something I should take with my vitamin D3 capsules/liquid to prevent this side effect?
It might be worth trying something to increase vitamin D receptor competence if supplementing isn’t helping your levels or is causing side effects. More on that here: drruscio.com/low-vitamin-d/
More things for me to try. 99% chance none of them will make a bit of difference but what have I got to lose. My SIBO is impenetrable and laughs at all my fruitless attempts to eradicate it.
High dose MSM the only thing that fixed my h2s Sibo combined with molybdenum! I also added B1 (Benfotiamin) with magnesium-acetyltaurinate to fix the low stomach acid and bile production caused by gut nerve damage and to have normal bowel movement

Very helpful information. Thank you, Dr. Ruscio. Being a holistic practitioner, I like using items mentioned.
Black salt gets rid of gas instantly including excessive belching and bloating
What is black salt? Celtic?
Thanks

I’m so sorry to hear that but glad you stuck to your guns. Sometimes seemingly very basic things are misunderstood in conventional medicine.

Add Magnesium Glycinate to your daily supplements

If I have h2s sibo, would MSM be counterproductive ?

@@Mr94elio how much Benfotiamine did you take? Per day?
Not necessarily, though individual efficacy may vary
