- In this video we cover how to trap your opponents arm while in back mount / back control so you can attack with 2 hands versus 1 to easily submit your opponent. We go into detail on a tight and near unstoppable rear naked choke, an RNC set up with the arm trapped behind the back rather in front and also a sneaky one hand / one arm kimura attack with the same behind the back arm trap.

Great techniques. I hit that shoulder lock behind the back regularly and people are usually very surprised. Love your videos.
100%. It’s a great technique, Low risk & high reward. Thanks for the support Brendan.
Very sneaky, thank you for sharing. Do you think it's a good idea to go for the Behind the Back Arm Trap while being on the underhook side?
Thank you for the support!
You can use your non choking hand to control your opponents shoulder when they try to rotate their shoulder to escape, this can help you keep chest to back connection. You can lock up a seat belt then to keep the back position and either go back to the choke, arm trap or kimura. Hope this helps
