Today, it's the 5th of August 2024, 67 years later, we can listen to a great message because God is a good God, HE has made a way through His servant Dr. Billy Graham, through social media today, to reach His word to people on the other corner of the world. I'm in Sri Lanka to hear a great message of the gospel in this time and age. The word of God is so powerful that it changes the heart of a person who's willing to be humble enough to listen and to obey to live a life pleasing to God. Salvation is a gift freely given to those who are willing to forgive others as God has forgiven us when we confess our sins to Him and believe in Him. An 8-year-old does not need "the whole message." I heard Jesus when he called me and I ran into his arms. I'm 71 now, and yes, I've heard the whole message. Let us avoid having a critical spirit. "Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear."

I remember I was 14. Yrs old my father from our church Spanish baptist church Manhattan volunteered for the rally. I sat up in balcony. I will never forget that day. I still have my ticket . I grew up knowing abt God but it wasn’t until 20 yrs later when I was sooo, lost did not want to live. But the Saviour found me saved me and my family. Thank you Billy Graham ….many times I would see you on television and heard my parents ❤️for Jesus and sharing the Gospel and their love & appreciation for your ministry. 2023 and I'm watching this for the first time at age 34. I'm a former New Yorker, I can't deny the emotion I feel watching him speak here. This sermon is astounding.

As a child I Ilistened to The Hour Of Decision every Sunday morning on RJR at 6:30 am. along with my mother, this was one of her favorite preachers and gospel programmes. Real truth came from Dr. Graham, as he begged people to come to Jesus. Messages are still relevant today as was in those early days. Thanks for the word so profoundly spoken even a child can understand. Jesus died to save us from sin. No longer here with us, but the gospel of Jesus Christ can still be heard across the world. Grateful for these sermons.

Me too! My momma used to listen to him a lot on Sundays when I was young and I loved listening to him. Even as a teenager I would stop listening to my music or whatever I was doing to listen to this man preach. What a legacy!!

Unbelievable. I just put a comment about when we were young and only had 3 channels and sat at the TV at 8 pm. I was in 1964. So I believe u r around that age. My parents took us to the coliseum Knoxville, TN. That's where we lived. I was very young maybe 4 or 5. But I was amazed . God bless you
God is truly great, Dr. Graham wasn’t just America’s pastor, he really was and in some ways still is the world’s pastor, but he cared more about the soul then the fame, that is truly being Christ-like, can’t wait to see him and many more biblical heroes in God’s Kingdom!!! God bless everyone!!!

America still had it's bad times during the 1950s, as in any decade there will be problems. Korean War 1950-1953, killed 36,000 americans, wounded 100,000. Polio was paralyzing kids, Asian Flu 1957 thru 1958, claimed 116,000 american lives, millions more died worldwide. Segregations were still a thing. The threat of WW3 was looming across the decade and so on. Every decade has its woes, it just depends how you look back at it.

I have always loved Billy Graham for his evangelistic style or method of preaching or teaching the word of God and all the events that occurred in the past that were recorded in the holy scriptures and in the holy bible. Billy Graham was so sincere and brutally honest to his core and with the American People and extremely convincing that you had to accept God and Jesus Christ as your lord and savior because the alternative is futile or everlasting hell and departure and separation from God. I'm glad that from a young age with the help of my parents that I made the right choice. Don't think twice about it. Happy 67th birthday today this Billy Graham crusade was recorded on July 20th 1957 67 years today in the year 2024 in the 67 years from that time a lot of people in the audience have passed by now I would say all that whole stadium today in 2024 maybe a few thousand people from the over 100,000 people that were there that day the time but the Reverend Billy Graham then was so young and his sermons were excellent I pray to God and Jesus everyday and always❤

As a child I Ilistened to The Hour Of Decision every Sunday morning on RJR at 6:30 am. along with my mother, this was one of her favorite preachers and gospel programmes. Real truth came from Dr. Graham, as he begged people to come to Jesus. Messages are still relevant today as was in those early days. Thanks for the word so profoundly spoken even a child can understand. Jesus died to save us from sin. No longer here with us, but the gospel of Jesus Christ can still be heard across the world. Grateful for these sermons.
I gave my life to Christ at one his Crusades in Kingston Jamaica in February of 1980.

Polio was paralyzing kids, Asian Flu 1957 thru 1958, claimed 116,000 american lives, millions more died worldwide. Segregations were still a thing. The threat of WW3 was looming across the decade and so on. Every decade has its woes, it just depends how you look back at it.

Billy Graham was so sincere and brutally honest to his core and with the American People and extremely convincing that you had to accept God and Jesus Christ as your lord and savior because the alternative is futile or everlasting hell and departure and separation from God. I'm glad that from a young age with the help of my parents that I made the right choice. Don't think twice about it.
