- On a sweltering day at Chicago's famous Soldier Field, Billy Graham preached about the crucial decision of whether to follow Christ. This was the last message of the 1962 Greater Chicago Crusade, and the heat caused Mr. Graham to cut his message short. The last six minutes of this video contain an improvised message preached by Mr. Graham after the crowds had left the stadium, when he learned his original message was too short to fill the television slot for the program.

I watch Billy Graham sermons almost every day especially when I'm feeling weak. The passion and holy spirit that comes through his word's is amazing. Billy Graham has brought me back to Jesus Christ as I was a non practicing Christian for a while and was led by worldly thing's. I am now single, celibate and have joy in my heart through Jesus Christ and I am so ever grateful for Billy Graham who caught my attention and help lead me back to Jesus Christ. Thank you.

Mary Mary I did the same thing. My husband had walked out, and I was sitting in the dark channel surfing, when I came across a Billy Graham Crusade. This was a man I was raised on, so I started watching. I returned to Christ that night and have never regretted it. These last 10 years have been the best in my life.
Billy Graham saved my soul.
On a Good Friday night, in a tent in Moline, Illinois in 1965. When he called the Altar Call I sprang to my feet and ran up there, Billy Graham met me and raised me by my armpits up into the air and then pulled me into his arms. Raising me up again and then putting me down. He handed me off to a woman and he told her to take me to the office. There in the office, which was a small cinderblock building attached to the tent, I waited. It seemed like a long time, 30-40-minutes. And when Billy Graham came in, he had prayed with so many people, that he had forgotten about me. When it hit him and he remembered... that was the happiest face I have ever seen. "I can't believe you waited for me this long" was his first words. "Come let's talk" were his next, as he led me to a smaller inner office. He closed the door.
For almost an hour, he asked me and I told him, my life so far. Not a pretty picture! Stepdad despised me and mother wasn't there for me.
But for the last 5-10-minutes, we prayed and again I wept as the Holly Ghost washed through me.
I got so hard-core saved that night, that I have no doubt, God made everything, Jesus Christ of Nazareth died, a very horrible death,. for my sins.

If you ask someone how to enter Heaven, they will most likely say, "Be a good person." Well the Bible says that none is good, no not one. We like to compare ourselves to guys like Hitler and say, "Hey, I'm a pretty good guy compared to him." But when we compare ourselves to God's standard, we realize that the Bible speaks truth when it says that we all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God! When we see this ( our sin in its TRUE light), we see how much trouble we are in and we say, "Well then there's nothing I can do. I'm going to hell for sure then." It's true that there is nothing that WE can do, but there is something that has already been done for you! God sent His One and Only Son to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins! So to recieve that eternal sweet sweet forgiveness, all we must do is repent of our sins (meaning to continually turn from them and confess them) and trust alone in Christ as you trust a parachute. If I was to push you out of an airplane, you'd want the parachute for sure! Don't try to flap your arms and save yourself, trust in the parachute!! His finished work on the Cross IS ENOUGH!!! He is the only way to Heaven, He said it Himself!! These other religions teach that we must he good and do good things and then maybe if we've been good enough, we will enter Heaven. But if that is true then we are all doomed to eternal hell because none of us are good. That's why this makes sense. Look at the Ten Commandments, they are written on your heart right now!! I promise that you have violated them. And you might still be doing that today. Therefore God is just to poor out His wrath on you because you deserve it!!!! I do too but Christ died for me anyway so that I can spend eternity in Heaven with Him!!!!! Turn to Him today, and He and only He will save your soul! "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again ( to go to Heaven)."✝️

Yes. I'm almost 70 and when I know, nothing else will do, but God's Truth; when Im not where I need to be, or need to hear and be His presence, when my spirit is uneasy- I come to the teachings of this phenomenal evangelist, the honorable Billy Graham.
There has been worthy men of God's word since Billy Graham, but none as him. I know it's gonna be alright- if I can but hear him preach. I'm so grateful we still have his recorded teachings even today. Thank you Lord.
Billy Graham and Dr Spencer Ledbetter are the only two that I listen to besides the Pastor of the Church that I attend; his name is Pastor Tom Hogan.

My wife passed on on 14th of May been Saturday, I was deep in sorrow I don't know what I was doing again and I don't know how I took my phone and pum I saw Billy Graham massages and start listening to it. Since then I have been lifted. This wed early morning around 3 am I couldn't sleep because I'm alone in my room listening to Billy Graham awesome massages, though he's late but his voice still speaks.

Just got another chance to visit The Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, NC. What a very special place. Billy Graham was one of the greatest evangelists to ever walk the earth. This was a great message. This particular crusade was history making. This message saw a preacher fill Soldier Field with more people than any event up to that point. The Holy Spirit is alive and was in full effect during this crusade. Chicago needs the Gospel now, today, more than ever before. Praying for our nation and its great cities. Thanking God for Billy Graham.
This message from Dr. Graham , of the shed blood of Christ on the Cross of Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, the need to Believe in Him [ His death , burial and resurrection ] and repent of same, is the essence of the Gospel and is just as fresh today as it was 57 years ago.
I will be 73 years of age and have listened to Billy Graham since 6 years of age.He never sugarcated the Gospel of Christ but told it like it is , with the need to believe and repent.It will be a glorious time when I get home to see the Savior and ot meet Billy Graham.I hope to see all of ;yoiu there...If you need to make that decision for Christ ....do it now !!

Another one of the best sermons of Billy Graham. I'm a 62 year old woman who's life was changed by one of Billy Graham's broadcast. I think what at that time in my young life, was the authority in his voice my young mind was drawn too. He blessed so many people in his long life. I thank the Lord God in heavens above for Billy Graham. Our lives will be so dramatically changed in the future, any day that could be upon us even now. I was in attendance the whole week. It was truly amazing to see the number of people who attended every night. Soldiers Field looks almost destitute as it stood in 1962. I have pictures of me and my dad attending STOCK CAR RACES during the days before the evangelistic meetings inside of Soldiers Field. NOW, it has been re-figured to accommodate the Bears. The Bears used to play in Wrigley Field. You will see that in many of the old Bears footage.
I remember one day a few years ago I was living in sin and I watched his documentary I was high and I told my self MAN I WANNA BE LIKE HIM HES A LEGEND
and now I'm sober listening to him trying to get to my baby's GOD IS REAL AND I LOVE HIM!
