Can confirm the Monster Bash table is awesome on the 4KP. Could be sharper but it still plays great.

AtGames 4K virtual pinball machine is a very good product. The ability to play many tables from Zen natively on the machine creates a very realistic and satisfying experience, especially with the surround sound effects kit (SSF). With very limited flipper lag after updates, the pinball action is now outstanding.

Yeah I have to say I am very happy with it especially after the updates

Very happy with my AFM. Worth every penny in my opinion. I love the Williams tables and they are the ones I mainly play. Can’t wait for Medevil Madness, Funhouse, Tales of the Arabian Nights, etc. to make it to the 4KP as well as the Pinball M tables. Hopefully Zen can make Elvira happen at some point 🤞🏻

Absolutely love my Addams Family 4KP. So happy I don't have to deal with OTG with my old ALP HD with a PC, as cool as that was at the time.

Yeah it's why I have waited so long to add those, there was so much i already wanted to experience already on the machine

I am an avid 3D anaglyph player and the 4KP tables don't really support that, so I opted for my own setup. With that said, it sounds like the ease of use and offerings is a good choice for casuals, which is a big incentive. I mean part of the hobby is inviting friends over to play.

Its been a good ownership so far and much better now that all the Zen tables are improved. The Thing next week then Chucky, time to rock brother. I just put the gold leafs in this week and I appreciate the improvement, they are wicked sensitive compared to the stock buttons, I dont miss the clicky like I did on the ALP HD.

Nice upgrade Carl! I think I am fine with what is there and really looking forward to the Thing and Chucky

I love this machine. I use it almost daily as do my (Gen Z!) students. It’s the most played machine. It hits the sweet spot to me in terms of “ease of use” and versatility / add on ability.
I’m perfectly happy with native table play and there is almost 100 tables there is so much to choose from.
    Bright future for this machine.

Thanks for the review. Watching you and the Dudes motivates me to play my ALP (not 4K) when you cover all the features and fun. Thanks.

No buyers' remorse for me. Being a 1st wave reduced price buyer... that helps. Although the original ZEN tables were laggy, in all honesty I'm not that great, lag or not, and I had a bunch of other tables that I enjoying playing anyway. With the updates and new releases I have even less if any real complaints at this time. I am a Pinball fan having grown up quite a bit before the video game industry exploded in the 80s. Previously, before AtGames HD & 4K release, I had been watching videos on how to build your own virtual pinball machine(which probably wouldn't have happen). Since there was no way in heck, I could ever afford to pay $5000+ for the ones I had seen. So my pinball ownership dream was/is currently being fulfilled by AtGames.

Yeah I was still having fun before the latency updates and im not that aware of that stuff but after you can definetly notice the improvement. Early adopters did well, especially now since it seems they are transitioning to the Strater Editions

@MichaelBtheGameGenie Oh, I agree that I definitely noticed the difference in the ZEN tables after the updates. Luckily, there were enough tables via Pinball Net to satisfy my pinball itch. Thank you for your review.

Their buttons are Happ/IL or clones. Nothing like Sanwa buttons. They are pretty good buttons, though.
I'm years behind on Atgames pinball and low on space, but I just picked up a HD Micro and I'm very happy with it.
    I enjoyed the review.

Thank you! I was always told they were good quality sanwa clones but tbh I wouldnt know the difference anyways

Arcade one up needs to take a look at these and see how it's this is what you're supposed to be doing

Yeah but what they sold to the public was a 4k machine. They did not sell a 1440p machine. Maybe it doesn't bother you because you got it for free. It would bother me if I spend hard earn money thinking i was getting a 4k machine only to find it's running at 1440p.

    • @MichaelBtheGameGenie
      @MichaelBtheGameGenie  День тому +1

Hey man not sure you watched the whole review but I cover the Zen Games being 1440p at the 22:20 mark. It's also only the Zen Games that are running below 4k

I get what you're saying, but I have it, and I think the Zen tables (except Star Trek TNG) look great and play smooth. 4k? No. But on 32 inch can hardly tell. Still for what you get a great machine at a great price. But yeah .... I get it.

@@MichaelBtheGameGenie Honestly the marquee game The Adams Family not being in 4k is a massive bait and switch in
My opinion. Most people reasonably thought the cornerstone was going to be in 4k
