Thank You Bryce. He really loved them all with no color preference.....I'd say starting out on horses any tractor was a welcome relief from looking at a horses butt all day.....
Good to see a good number staying in the family. My cousin just got his Huber running. He's got a lot of work before it looks as good as the one you have there.
@@AnglesideFarm I don't actually know. He got it a year ago or so and my wife showed me a little vid of it he put on Facebook from the other day. He's in the UP and I haven't layed eyes on it yet. I don't know much about Hubers.
All the tractors are awesome but I think the Huber is one of one favourites there. It’s great lots will stay in the family. Thanks for the update Steve. Take care. 🌺
Thank you Annette I’m pretty partial to that old Huber as well, I can remember as a youngster going out to grandpas barn and playing on it. I owe it to my family’s heritage to get it running again.
It’s so hard when it comes to collections like this from family. I have to admit I think of you and your dad when I look at my neighbors tractors. He’s an old timer with so much knowledge and a love for tractors. He has a huge collection.
Good morning Steve ☕☕☕ Your dad had a very nice collection!! I personally think your dad did it right. Those who will appreciate them the most... As far as the rest, really the only fair thing to do is sell them. If a family member wants one, or all.. they can buy what they want. A pretty big farm here, (they also have a lot of ground in Eastern Oregon) guy is a close friend of my uncle's. He had a HUGE JD collection!!! As he's in his 80s, and semi retired. (Lol.. still running most of the show!!) He auctioned off all but a few, a couple of years ago. I can't imagine how hard it is to be letting them go.. but. Thank you Steve!! Hopefully we will get to see the auction.
I think he did too Ed, he knew who would appreciate and keep them.....not just get them to sell. The auction will be a online auction in July. Thanks Ed and Good Morning sir!
Thanks Rick, it is sad to see the ones go that are not staying with a family member, but as my brother Mark said...."you can only keep so much for the Clare Ash Museum".....he's right.
I don't know who is cutting onions in here, but man they are strong 🤔😉 Thank you for the update, I know that's tuff but boy the legacy lives on with SEVERAL family members!!! Thank you Mr Steve, I love seeing more videos coming!! Someone is smiling I just know it 😉😉😉👍😁🙏🏻
It has to bee someone cutting onions over in that shop because they are strong a lot of times I go in there..... So many times dad's conversations to me was about what he wanted to go to whom, and I hope I am doing it exactly how he wished it to bee. It's not been easy but it was something he trusted me to do..... A son's love......give your dad a hug.
Good to hear that several of the Ol' Workhorses will remain in the family there Steve. Good luck with the auction of the ones that were unspoken for. Take care.
I don't know how far out you have reached for a museum, but I'm willing to bet the DeKalb County Horsemen's Association near Auburn, Indiana would be interested. They have mostly implements in their museum. My Oliver club has our Spring get together there every year, it's a nice place.
I'm glad that so many of your Dad's tractors have new homes with family members, and I hope the rest find homes with people who will cherish them like he did. He had quite a nice collection. Thank you for sharing Steve. Hope you have a good weekend
Your Dad had good taste, and skill. Love the old tractors. Thank you Steve.
Your family could put on a private show.

Thank You Brent, I'm sure he would be too.

Good morning Steve ☕☕☕
Hopefully it's advertised well!
It's sad to see the collection be split up, but it's good to see many of the tractors will remain in the family. Thanks for sharing, Steve. - Rick

That’s right Nelson
That onion smell even reaches clear up here into Iowa!
🤣🤣🤣
That was rich Nelson
😊😊👏👏🇺🇸
@@tractortalkwithgary1271 damn that onion is a strong one to reach both you and Nelson
@@AnglesideFarm Amen my friend, I can't even begin to imagine, but seems you are doing exaclty as he wished. I am gonna do that for sure 😉😉🙏🏻

The auction, as my brother said, will be the last roundup…..I hope it goes well
Glad most of them stayed in the family.
Thanks, I am too sir.
What a collection Steve
He wasn’t partial to color, he just loved old tractors
Thanks Gary
Good morning Steve.
Good Morning Gary, hope all is well sir!
Having to sell your dads cherished tractors has to be a very hard thing to do. Glad many of them are staying in the family
Yes, it’s been tough but I’m glad also that so many family members will have a part of his love of tractors
Glad some of those are staying in the family. If I were closer, I wouldn't mind getting that little Oliver 60 🙂
You're not far away and it would be easy to put that 60 on a trailer behind your pickup!

Excellent idea! I’d like to talk to you sometime about that
Thanks
Excellent video and collection tractors are so nice also pretty !
Thank you for the kind words!
@@AnglesideFarm welcome
Sad to see them go, but it's not good to leave them sit either. I wish I was closer...
Very true, the sitting has not been kind to them. Old gas, no spark, missing parts are now rearing their ugly head so to speak

Out of his 18 tractors, 11 of them went to family......7 go to auction, I think he did pretty good. Thanks Evan.
Who is the auctioneer?
Sheridan Auction, Mason Michigan
