Hey Party People! I have never really made a video showing people how to export and import kits! Embarrassing! So in this video ill show you how to import and export Elementor toolkits on to any domain! PS: make sure to hit the thumbs up!
Thank you for the informative video. I have a question: when we export the kit, the media does not appear. Is it possible for the media to be uploaded alongside the kit?
Hey! When exporting Elementor kits, media files like images are not included due to WordPress's default settings. To include media, you can use plugins like All-in-One WP Migration or manually upload the media to the new site. Hope this helps! Feel free to drop your questions in the comments below!
I have my site build with divi builder in WordPress now I have created new website on other server and want to export all and upload on my existing website.. When i am importing the toolkil it shows me the blank homepage and no menu nothing just blank page. What should i do
Hey! It sounds like the import process might not have gone smoothly. When migrating a Divi site, make sure to export the Divi Theme Builder settings, along with your pages and posts, from your old site. On your new site, after importing, go to Divi > Theme Builder and re-import your Theme Builder settings. Also, check if the menu and homepage are correctly set under Appearance > Menus and Settings > Reading. This should restore your layout and menu. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments below.
I think you mis understand the question.. I am asking that i have on my client divi builder website, he want new website with elemantor and i have already created new website woth elemantor on my server, and now i want to import from my server to his
Hey! Thanks for the kind words! If you have multiple templates, you can choose which one to export directly from the Elementor template library. Just select the template you want to export, click on "Export," and it will save that specific template. Make sure you check your export settings to ensure you're getting the right one! Feel free to drop your questions in the comments below!
I am exporting a kit from a staging site to a live site, with a new theme, elementor plugin (switching from beaver builder), and another plugin Peepso. Seems like that all should work, but Will the posts saved in the kit overwrite existing posts, or add to the posts already in the existing live site?
Hey! When you export a kit from a staging site to a live site using Elementor, the posts in the kit will generally add to the existing posts on the live site, not overwrite them. However, it's always a good idea to back up your live site before importing the kit to ensure no data is lost. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments.
Nice tutorial Darrel, While I am export my Elementer one page website and trying to import the images are missing, need to check any other details to export with images.
Thank you, When exporting your Elementor single-page website, make sure that the images are uploaded to your media library and that they are not linked to an external source. Also check the export settings to ensure that images are included in the export file. If you're still having problems, try importing the website on another server or contact Elementor support for more information.
Hi Darrel, I purchased your kits and it says "Seems like there is a problem with the Kit’s files. Try installing again and if the problem persists contact Support" when I import the zip
Unable to download the Kit It took too much time to download your Kit and we were unable to complete the process. If all the Kit’s parts don’t appear in Pages, try again and if the problem persists contact Support
Hey! This error usually happens due to a slow connection or server timeout. Try downloading the kit again, or increase the server's max execution time in your hosting settings. If the issue persists, reach out to Elementor support for assistance. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments below!

hey , in short To add custom CSS in Elementor or Envato Kits, navigate to the section, column or widget where you wish to apply the styles. Then find the "Custom CSS" or "Additional CSS" option in the settings, and paste in your CSS code. To export custom CSS, you'll need to manually copy the code and save it in a text file for backup purposes.
Is a elementor theme needed to install the kit or can it replace the standard themes that come with WordPress? And it will install elementor and pro if it's not already? Does this make the website lighter by being a elementor builder based site? Very informative video 👍🏽
No, an Elementor theme is not strictly needed to install the kit; it can work with standard WordPress themes. The kit will install Elementor and Elementor Pro if they're not already installed. Using Elementor for building can potentially make your website lighter by optimizing the design process. Glad you found the video informative! 👍🏽
Thank you for the informative video! Will this overwrite all content on my website when I import the kit? I wonder what will happen to my global settings like fonts and colors or my pages that are currently on the website. Thanks in advance for the response! :)
Hey! Importing an Elementor toolkit won't overwrite all your website content, but it can change global settings like fonts and colors. Your existing pages should remain intact, but it's always a good idea to back up your site before importing. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments.
