I've come up with a good number of Pokemon with some creepy design inspirations for my own fanmade Pokemon region. For example, I made an all female Bug/Dark type Pokemon called Widoweb that's based on a black widow spider and the jorogumo, a spider youkai from Japanese mythology that preyed upon human men by disguising itself as a beautiful woman. I thought this would be a fitting combination of design inspirations since "black widow" is also a slang term for a woman who seduces, marries and kills men to obtain their wealth. Kinda similar to how with many species of spiders, the females will often kill and eat the males after mating with them. And to reflect all of this, Widoweb has a signature ability called Widowmaker that allows her attacks to deal an extra bit of damage if the opposing Pokemon is male.
I am making a fusion of Gardevoir, Mawhile, Meloetta, unown, Lopunny, Pheromosa, virus groudon, the tree of beginning orange things. I want to be able to prove my art skills.
The story is that the orange goup and virus groudon came from a lab experiment and it wanted to be loved so it fused the most loved pokemon in one form.
It'd be cool if you made one based on Godzilla, or on how godzilla was made in the first place
I'm a fan of the SCP series so I like the pokemon inspired by them.
