I watched every second of Pt 1 and Pt 2. The fishing is exactly the same when going for Norfolk Spot in the Chessie Bay. Same bait, same methods. Very satisfying. Thanks.
Wow... I personally know that guy sitting at the 11 second mark on the video. I ride those boats as well...the daybreak mostly. Rob.. from the Bronx co-op city
Thanks bro means a lot big fan of your channel 🙏. gonna be in Jamaica for a few weeks in a couple of weeks, where are you based and do you do charters?
Rod to big change hooks 2/0 bait holder. Switch real to right hand. Conventional rod and real better My opinion , let the fish take the hook before realing up. 👍
6 foot rod not big at all many people on the boat were using 7ft plus rods. 2/0 hooks way to large for this location only small porgies here. Porgies are bait stealers and I was using soft worms not tough clams or squid wait too long and all the bait will be gone. Greatly appreciate your comment. 🙏
Dude kept losing his catch because he reeling in to fast plus he holding his rod to high above the water...When reeling in lower the rod reel in then pull up...
Thanks for the tip, but porgy are excellent at stealing bait, I would rather swing and miss than leave the bait down for them to pick it off the hook. (Talking from experience)
Not a dull moment bro...
Thanks bro 🙏

Good Fishing in use to go to far Rockway Beach bridge off Howard Beach to catch Porgy.
Less bait/more hook. Try Gamakatsu Big River's in size 1/0. Longer point; good curve. Porgie's don't fall off.
Thanks for the advice! 🙏
Excelent catch!!
Thanks!
I prefer using a conventional rod/reel for porgy, fiddler crab for bait
What state are you fishing for porgy? Because in the northeast bloodworms are king.
Fish on bro 😎 🎣

WOW I LOVE IT

Gotta let the fish take the bait, before you set the hook.

Put the reel stem between your middle and ring finger. You’ll handle the rod and retrieve better…..
Never had porgie...Good eatin'?
Very good eating, not the best tasting fish in the world the big ones can be a bit oily but the small ones taste very clean.
why you reeling them in like ders a shark about to get them, are ther sharks around?
There are actually tons of sharks 🦈 around a few people on the boat actually caught some. They are small though.
Do you pay for the boat rides. I'm trying to figure it out how it work many people In one boat how much is the price
Around $90 to get on the boat. Anyone can walk on as long as you pay the fee.
90$ for how long . How many porgy is the limitation.
@@tamba6239 like 6 hours of actual fishing time. I think the limit is 30 porgy.
