      @@dilrajbara5374 Cinema beyond entertainment makes brilliant video essays.Actually both channels do a lot of hard work finding the matter,agreed.But Vinit Masram definitely puts in a lot more effort in presenting his thoughts and talks about the craft.He would rather talk about those subtle changes in the lighting or camera angles(which actually do have a lot of impact in the viewing experience for the audience) that noone else would want to than mass produce random lists of movies which are more or less mainstream or well known ofbeat art cinema.You will get to explore more worthwhile cinema by reading into his favourite or top films list.It is not that I hate tried and refused productions but I would prefer vinit masram when given a choice.Since he is not into mass producing videos every week i got no choice.But according to me Cinema Beyond Entertainment surely deserves more attention than it is getting

    I have seen and loved all these films. I do believe that cinema is an escape from reality and we need the masala, but these stories are equally important to strike that balance. @Anmol it was a beautifully written and presented video, loved this to the core♥️ If we dig deep enough, there are so many gems just waiting to be found in the industry, and thanks to your channel many people do🤗

    • @knight.99
      @knight.99 5 років тому +2

      Lots of love and respect for your comment however there's a slight correction I'd request you to process "films are not escape from the reality, they're the controlled projections of reality "
      Whatever happens in our day to day life, this is something we see in films too,,, example :: Apollo missions ( film Apollo 13, I guess)
      Stephen Hawking's Black Hole theories (film event horizon, interstellar), Titanic (film Titanic)
      Et cetera.
      However, won't say anything about Bollywood that's a different realm,,, I mean in DDLJ srk is seen to be messing with the actresses's inner garments and the girl is fine about that, people watching the film is fine about that.
      Not something that has the probability of happening in millions hit and trial too.

    For me the ending of 1971 was pretty shocking to say the least. Throughout the movie you wish for only one thing, that at least one soldier makes it back to India alive. But after the movie you realise if the ending was any different to what it was it would’ve been a great injustice to those the movie represents. A great movie through and through. And a must watch.
