Rick! That mantle and that Satch are blazers and great eye on all of them miss you, my friend, if you’re not going to the national, I will be in Anaheim at the Burbank show.
Hi Rick, as we texted, this is a good idea for a video. You selected a memorable card for 400. Not only a legendary player but also a card from one of the sets you’re building. It’s funny the 57 Snider was your first graded card. The 57 Snider was my third. They are the same grade and look similar. Your first ever Mickey Mantle card is the first base Mantle I owned as a kid. That’s funny. I like the look of the Shantz card. It is a shade of blue you don’t see a lot on MLB uniforms. Nice to see that beautiful 57 Robinson again. Was happy to see you acquire that one to complete your set. This video did a great job representing who you are a collector and some of the incredible sets you have put together. To have a 41 PlayBall, 53 Topps and 57 Topps set to go along with your 60s and 70s sets is impressive. We didn’t even get into your vast Dodgers card collection. Have a great Sunday.
Hi Terry! Snider was your third? haha. How old were you when you got the 65 Mantle? I was surprised my first Mantle was not the 1964 Topps Giants card, but for some reason I never bought it. Love the Brooks! I am really happy I worked on that 1957 set, Its a good looking set. Ashish sold me that card. Was sorry to hear what happened to him this weekend at Dallas. He's a nice guy. Sometimes on purpose I try not to show a Dodger card and after I read your comment, I said wow, I didn't show a Dodger card. Then I forgot I showed the 55 Koufax for the umpteenth time. hahahah. 55 vs 63 Koufax for my favorite. Thank you for watching, Terry!
Absolutely Amazing amazing videos sharing dear friend ❤️ Really enjoyed watching Super big big like thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍 See you again take care keep intouch ❤️❤❤❤
Great video Rick. Thanks for taking us along with you on your collecting journey. I think it's so cool that you went to the first National. Have a great weekend.
Those are some neat milestones. I would have guessed you had many more cards than that. We set collectors tend to pile them up, you know. Nice mantle card and clemente. I'm still looking for a 57 brooks.
Good point about being set collectors, but after 1984, I have five sets from 40 years of cards. I only have Dodger team sets for those years. Do you have complete sets after 1990? Are you going to The National? Bet you find a 57 Brooks there.

Great video Rick. Thanks for taking us along with you on your collecting journey. I think it's so cool that you went to the first National. Have a great weekend.
And the first National was so tiny, Mike! Times sure have changed. Have a wonderful weekend, my friend!
Great cards Rick thanks for sharing. My first graded baseball card was also a duke snider. Mine was the 50 bowman. Have a great rest of your weekend
Thanks Jesse! We have the Duke in common. That Bowman is a nice card. Enjoy your weekend and thanks for watching!
Awesome video Rick! Really enjoyed your card collecting history. Hope you get the chance to tackle that 1967 set.
Thanks Scott! We'll see if I ever take the plunge buying that Tom Seaver RC. Thanks for watching!
Really enjoyed hearing your stories, Rick. Great milestones and wonderful cards. Looking forward to seeing your 500th graded card.
Thanks Rob! I wonder how long it will take me to buy another 100 graded cards?
Rick, you likely already have 100 ungraded cards in your impressive collection that could get slabbed any time you want! Have a great weekend.
@@BaseballTimeTraveler You too, my friend!
Great video Rick. Cool to hear about some of the milestones you’ve hit en route to an awesome collection.
Thank you, Mark. I need to comment on y6our last video. Your Dodger collection is killing it!
