Ron Roberts Cool stuff! There’s some about bands that have trumpet players in them, that make them stand out more than others. Chicago is another example. Makes me wish I would’ve kept playing the trumpet; not that I would have been this good. The trumpet has such a pure and powerful sound, it’s amazing.
They won't listen. They're too busy making "loops" and rapping over someone else's grooves. I feel sorry for kids today, because they'll never know what it's like to grow up with great music like BS&T.
I spoke to drum cam who is the great drummer on these videos and a great guy as well. ..I hope I am wrong but, this wonderful guitar player may have passed on ..which is a heartbreak..if that is the case...
Obviously a great band, but a strange sound system makes things rather flat, besides an indifferent audience. At least the guys in BS&T were enjoying themselves!
