- Music clips culled from the season 3 episode of "The Six Million Dollar Man" entitled "The Deadly Test". Find a bold military score featuring unexpected moody themes and motifs. These are four clips that sum up the leaning of this score.
Moving the Crate (starting at 00:00): it is a simple funky and playful theme dominated by a violin, an instrument less used during season 3, and some percussions and brass. Note that during season 3, the Austin character keeps on handling crates, starting with "The Song and Dance Spy".
Spinning the Glider (starting at 00:44): it is a beautiful sentimental theme that will be tracked in "The Blue Flash" to illustrate Steve Austin's ability to fix a kid's broken bike.
The Sound of the Deadly Machine (starting at 02:29 and at 02:41): it is an electronic motif that reminds the old days of season 1 as "Population: Zero" and some season 2 scores of "Rod Serling's Night Gallery" like "The Hand of Borgus Weems". Nelson plays a dry analogue synthesizer to evoke the sinister deed of bitter scientist Winslow activating his jamming device.
The Safe Landing (starting at 02:49): it is a faster, simplified and tighter variation of Steve Austin's heroic theme that will be reworked during season 4 by replacement composer J.J. Johnson in "The Thunderbird Connection".

When I watched the six million dollar Man back in the late 60”s early 70’s. I was always going threw one operation after another because of the way I was Brought into this world at birth. Anyway I always thought of the 6 million dollar Man.

The one with the glider. Combining all the SMD chords into such a polyphony. So creative. Show really dropped off when he left and they turned up the sound effects.
I love the T-38! A great plane for training. But it's sleek and simple! Something I'd love to fly myself through the skies! It's not always about power like an F 15 but one of freedom, agility and flight!
Bionic vision would do it for me! Amazing though how the movie industry is able to predict what will be in the near future.we have the hardware today to achieve this.all that is lacking is a power source to drive the bionic mechanisms.
