Nice little spot, camp and an epic meal! I just realised I have the same old Karrimor rucsac that you have, from when I was a Venture Scout, back in the late 80s! I don't use it very often now but it's a great workhorse! Thanks for sharing the tent/tarp setup too, I've bought the same tarp to go with the same tent. 🙂
My old rucksack is 40 years old. It was my second, after an orange nylon bag with an L shaped outside frame. I use it only for my woodland camps but it is very tired. Some of the stitching is failing. Thank you for your comment and support. Cheers, Warren :)
