Today I baked one of my favorite recipes! Not many people know the secret to baking this way, but I'll show you!
The cake is fluffy and soft! I advise everyone to try this delicious recipe - it's really easy!
Sourdough:
16g yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon wheat flour
50 ml lukewarm milk
Cake:
300g wheat flour
100 ml lukewarm milk
40g sugar
70g butter
15g cocoa
