INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
110 Ml Warm Milk
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Yeast
Keep Aside For 5 Min.
1 Cup Flour
½ Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Oil
Mix Well
Make Dough
Rub Some Oil
Keep Aside For 30 Min.
Garlic Butter Mixture:
2-3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
¼ Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
Mix Well
Grease Oil In 7 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Take The Dough
Roll
Garlic Butter Mixture
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Place On Mould
Keep For 10 Min.
Brush Garlic Butter
Place A Pan With Wire Stand
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Bake For 15-20 Min.
Brush Some Butter
