Great job well done, but I would be worried about the fall on the roof. There is no gap at the rear, for air to flow, and the rain water is being directed down the back, this will result in premature rotting, not to mention your rain water tipping into the neighbours back yard. How about adding guttering, tipping into a waterbutt, or just a downpipe into your yard?
That’s a great job Dude. Well done. I’ve recently built a triangular shed on a big slope (to make best use of the space), and whilst you effortlessly dealt with the irregular shape and the slope, I found it a challenge. A decent shed is a great addition.
Hi guys great job don’t you think perhaps a little fillet of say 2 inch down to zero would have helped before you put the roof down to stop rain puddling on the roof, just a thought guys but a great job of teamwork and thinking things through 😊
Looks great, but if I was to change anything, it would be all the screws in the hinges and the lock for small round head coach bolts, anybody wanting to get in there only has to unscrew the hinges or the lock.
Good job , that is a much better shed than you would buy in the shops.......
Agreed, its much better for the price
Top bit of shed building guy’s hats off.👌🏴
Cheers Cameron. Glad you liked it
Brilliant teamwork, and a very nice shed at the end. Well done and thanks for the video.
Glad you enjoyed it

Yeah its definitely a great addition, my brother is getting good use out of it.
Looks great in that yard. Good job
Thanks Gerald 👍 It was a tight space, so I think the size and design works well
A really impressive piece considering the out of square site.
Thanks Tony
Looks good, well done.
Thanks 👍

The side walls are already slightly sloped, I discuss this in the seperate wall construction video, just forgot to mention in this timelapse
Inspirational
Thanks
Well done
cheers mate
Good effort. Any guttering added ?
No gutterng
How your gonna maintain the sides of the shed wall and house that are all tight to each other
Top job 👍 did you add any guttering on the back to stop the rain pouring down behind the shed?
No it just has a 100mm overhang at the back
A good job but...there's always a `but`. How are you going to apply any future preservative to the cladding against the walls ?.
That is a very good point Barry
looks really good. how much did this cost you in materials?
Just over £610
@@thediyfix thanks
Nice!! How did you raise the base from the concrete??
You can see the entire process starting at 1:50
@@thediyfix oh, sorry. 👍🏼
Check the fire insurance for the main building! When my dad wanted a shed that close it had to be asbestos! or not at all.

Yes I actually discussed this in the door video. My brother will be adding some bolts for this exact reason.
If someone wants to get into a shed bolts or screws won't make any difference, sorry to say.
@@ScratchyBaws oh yes I totally agree but there’s no sense in making it easy for for you.
2 by 2 s, ? Im motivated
Yeah 2x2's. Glad you liked it
Trump tower under base for mice?
???
@@thediyfix sorry. That wasn’t clear at all🙄. I Got a shed where mice nest under. Are you doing anything to stop this happening?
