    What about Dubai south ? It’s not too far from Expo City ?

      Yes, its near, but uncompareable. Walking distance from mall, metro, Wasl Dome and all offices, restraunts is much more valuable than any properties where you need to get by car. Dubai South makes no sense for flipping or high rental yields. Its like you are having a shop inside Dubai mall or near Dubai mall) Rental payments can be quite different but traffic in Dubai mall proves and justifies thta rental yields

      ⁠I'm glad to see a realtor who realizes that Dubai South makes no sense. Who wants to live next to the airport? Just look at the neighborhood next to DXB... Guess what, it's not the Palm or Downtown, it's Deira 😂

      ​@@O8ZenExpo city will also be under the flight paths with noise and pollution however your point about temporary renting and Airbnb, but would not make sense for long-term occupancy such as families.. Either way I think now is a good time to flip my investment and make over 120% appreciation.

      Check the distance between Al Furjan and Expo
      near is a walking distance- less than 500 m
      anything else is not near
      Al Furjan doesn’t make any sense in terms of demand for expo area.
      It’s the same as to say that Business Bay is the same as downtown or Creek Harbor is the same as downtown because it’s pretty the same distance from Creek to downtown as from Al Furjan to Expo.

      Absolutely. Any unit you can get during this launch will perform better than anything else in other areas in Dubai
