You should try him in the buu (absorption) stage of the red zone, its a really long stage that he can stack a lot, the only bad thing is that the stage locks and seals.

many actually god goku and ssj vegeta, theast 2 saiyan day units are amazing at 55%. Beast and gogeta from the 9th anni are great. toppo is pretty good at 55% as well bc of his HUGE dmg reduction. many more but just some quick ex.

the golden week dfes perform similar at 55% compared to 100%. the only difference is that their weaknesses are way more noticeable and impactful when not maxed out
