Any idea how to get the tether points under the rail when the rail is flush against the floor?

In some cars the rails are very tight and it can be difficult to get the straps under. I usually manage it with a blunt knife. There are a few other suggestions here: ua-cam.com/video/tDwrKfeHLww/v-deo.html

Is there a trick to fold away the recline leg when you want it more upright? I can’t manage to fold it away

It can be a bit stiff. The trick is to lay it on its back and then use two hands to fold the foot away.
