Thank you for the informative video. When I unfold the support leg as shown in the video, it doesn't quite reach the ground. It can no longer be taken off. Am I doing something wrong?
Which car do you have? In some camper vans the seats can be quite high and then the leg won’t reach the floor. But it should be long enough in any car. Could the seat be too upright maybe? If so reclining it will make the leg reach the floor.
That’s not a problem. The straps are there to stop the leg from going too far back, but it doesn’t have to go all the way. It can be vertical, as long as it doesn’t angle towards the back of the car.
In some cars the rails are very tight and it can be difficult to get the straps under. I usually manage it with a blunt knife. There are a few other suggestions here: ua-cam.com/video/tDwrKfeHLww/v-deo.html

It is a kia ceed. We did everything exactly as shown in the video and it's missing a few millimeters to the floor.
I could push the stand a little closer to the seat so that it touches the floor. However, the straps of the stand are then not under tension.

Thank you very much for this helpful information. ❤
Thank you very much, the advertisement video wasn’t very clear. You explained it perfectly. Thanks again.
Thank you so much!
Is there a trick to fold away the recline leg when you want it more upright? I can’t manage to fold it away
It can be a bit stiff. The trick is to lay it on its back and then use two hands to fold the foot away.
Any idea how to get the tether points under the rail when the rail is flush against the floor?

Hello do you have a video on how to remove the covers?
Not yet I’m afraid. It’s on the list! 😁
