Mama Judi, please don't let your micellar water stay on your face for long, it causes skin irritations and breakout, it is a wash out product not a leave on. Better still, you can replace it with a toner. Lots of lovesss❤️

Please I’ll love to suggest you stop the glutha supplement as it causes acne
You have got a sensitive skin from the look of it and that supplement is not a good option
Boost your super green(kale, moringa, etc. veggies( bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, beets etc.
I know how big you’re on self care

Please how old is Ava ?? Because my 1yr8month son won't even let me put the brush in his mouth talk more of brushing with so much ease 😮😮😮
Ava is 20 months old 😂😂 it’s still a struggle sometimes to brush her teeth, sometimes we go with the flow. I use to force her before but the cries was too much, now it I brush small I’m okay😂
