One thing I hate about Skyrim. Higher difficulty = Spongey Enemies. One of the main reasons I never play master or legendary. Don’t want to sit there hitting something for 5 mins per battle.
You know now that I think of it, that makes a lot of sense. However, with my play style, I don’t do much enchanting or alchemy (except when selling stuff) so wouldn’t enchanting and reforging after using potions help out with that issue?
I’ve actually learned relatively a good amount about one-handed weapons, or weapons in general tbh. You can do combos with them, but if you don’t want to do that there’s something else. You know how the controls are very sticky? Use it to your advantage by going to hit them and then holding your attack button again just before your weapon actually hits them. When you do that correctly, you hit them once and then again less than a second later for more damage. You can rinse and repeat or combine this with combos.
cthu, it really felt like I was using a spork(the only one handed fire enchanted weapon I had)🫠 atp I’m just using whatever the game gave me. After all these years…It’s still my first playthrough on max diff no mods
@@KevLBig6 do you have the unofficial patches? you should get those and some other bug fixes. Levelling restoration without the Turn undead fix is a nightmare.
@@bluecoil8356 nope this is str8 vanilla… thx for the tips! I was thinking about focusing on restoration for cheaper mana cost so I don’t have to cheese mana 20 times a fight.
@@KevLBig6 The best way to level restoration is to spam turn undead, which will quickly crash your game due to a scripting bug. You should either quicksave constantly or install a fix. Even the Unofficial patch won't fix that crap.
