thanks for the clear instructions. folks, if you hear chunky jamming noises after the install you'll need to unplug then try to re-seat the cartridge manually. Takes some fiddling. Hope this helps someone.

I have a DJ 2755e with ink cartridges just like your using. When I try to install the cartridges I can’t get them to stay in nor can I get either cartridge to “click” with slight or greater upward pushing by my thumb. What is going on. Yes the printer is on and I’m about ready to scream 😱

It was kinda common sense. The one you take out has no tape, it should prolly Not have tape😅😅It happens tho. This is coming from someone who has put dishes in the trash and scrapes in the sink😂😂😂😂😂
