As I've gotten older and been recovering from memory issues from some medical issues last year, it really helps to see things done before and as I do them, especially with increasing food prices. Looks good Ry except you forgot the onions. :-) I live on fried potatoes especially in bacon grease, I usually crumble it in at the end. My arteries are probably plugging up a little more just watching this. :-) Great video.
I'm disappointed, where is the Vidalia onion , butter. Potatoes are to thick, cast iron is also missing. Need to add more bacon. Don't get me wrong it looks good, but here in Iowa we love our bacon and onions especially the wild green onions that grow out by my garage.
