@@annother3350 I hear you but Grace Jones wasn't into technology like that, as such. More of an art form that doesn't take technology. Rather, I was thinking of the music because of Grace Jones beginnings. In the 1970s every great band and musician played in NYC. We saw them almost every night of the week (some exaggeration for emphasis). Grace and Jerri Hall were roommates and Hall is a year older than I. I remember them coming up and on the scene so that was the thought process behind my comment. I still don't think the '90s was the best but I'll give the '70s and '80s to that being in my 20s and 30 in 1987. Dunno how old you are - how you lived through the years makes a difference. The '80s were outrageous.
...in French....and she sounded so beautiful....spontaneously...she just is so amazing...it was performance art...and so funny....yet so romantic...man i love her...she is so singular....
She looks and often is, timeless. Because of her outfit I didn't think this was from the 90s. And not even because of the headpiece but because of the jacket and trousers
Actually, she and her siblings were regularly beaten by her Pentecostal Christian step-father when she was a child. What you see in her personality is her triumph over that abuse. Of course your ignorant behind didn't know that
This video alone proves the 90s was the best time to be alive
The 1970s were. All ten years.
@@elissasangi-hd9om Nah the technology wasnt there in the 70s

Grace Jones, the ONE & ONLY! Legend.
Grace Jones radiates with joy. The only sad thing is she had to leave Jamaica to get the opportunity to shine.

Blasphemy!
That's a woman who's never had a proper slap in her life.
She'd slap you back, and you would stay slapped!
